Terrible and rude staffs, not enjoying the whole experience at all

It was fun and a good work out. But for an adult who just wants some fun, and get a workout, 1 hour is too long. Don't have the time and energy to jump around like the kids. If they have half hour sessions during work days or certain time at a bit of cheaper price, then I can go a lot more often.
Can see myself embrace it into my workout routine. The current way, will just make me go once out of a blue moon when I'm really bored.

There are a lot of games, but there are so many people, good full, staff are very patience to teach you to play, but you have to be careful, because they are really dangerous, a sense of consciousness will be a whole neck

The trampoline is actually just playing up and down, super happy! Suitable for family size, friends and alternative activities!

Great fun and workout for adults and especially for the kids!

It was fun a times but staff was horrible. My friend did the math to calculate the total amount of money we would have to pay faster than the cashier. So when I went to buy my ticket, the staff whispered "I hate that guy".
Later on when I went to get a slushie, I just went to get my shoes, which took 30 seconds. I went back to get my drink, and the staff just slammed it onto the table. They didn't even give me a straw! I had to ask them for a straw. When I went to order my slushie, I was first in line, and they just pushed me out of line rudely so that this school could buy their snacks. Also, I went with many people, and when we wanted to get a ticket, we queued up. But then, as it took some time to figure out how much to pay, they pushed us out of the line without any warning! They then started tending to other people and when we asked the cashier said go away and come back later! The rudest, most impolite, arrogant, ignorant, people I have ever met. The staff inside are very nice on the other hand. They would talk and mess around with you and it was fun. But the outside staff deserves to get fired.

Its good to jump and workout here, a bit crowd and you need to queue up for sometime. Still worth to try

Yeah it was fun. Try one-hour session first - you just don't know whether you are resilient enough.

It is novel and interesting. It can be reached by subway + direct bus. There are also appropriate personnel management measures. The facilities are diverse and suitable for novice and master bouncer.

This place is CLOSED! We went all the way there and found out. The website mentioned this, but only on their home page. The rest of the pages are still up, and I clicked directly from Google to those pages so I didn't know until we got there.

An amazing place for people of all ages to jump and have fun. Besides jumping, one can indulge in a game of dodgeball with very talented staff, try new skills by jumping on a very big inflated air bag, try to be the next Michael Jordan by dunking on the two basketball hoops, or even try to run up walls and do flips and parkour moves.
The staff at the park are very friendly and are attentive, ensuring that jumpers are doing their best to be as safe as possible and limiting situations where injuries might occur.
BounceINC also hosts parties, where a group of no less than 10 jumpers get to play at each area of the park. There is a sense of exclusivity as the general public are not allowed to jump in the same area that the party jumpers are jumping in (i.e. if the party is playing dodgeball, safety referees will stop others from coming in ). After 1 hour on the Bounce floor, the group will then get 45 minutes in a party room, where they can enjoy the pre-ordered food as well as cake. All of this has been priced very reasonably, and there are a lot of party packages for you to choose from. Just ask someone to explain it to you.
There is also a BounceFit program, where safety referees lead a class and combine cardio with trampolining to give people a fun alternative to your normal gym session or morning jog. You will need to book this in advance so call the staff.
Without a doubt the best trampoline park in Hong Kong!

Great staff, incredibly friendly. Great place to bring the kids for a little bit of fun exercise, adults can benefit from this as well as they have fitness classes based on the trampolines which is definitely great fun

I am very touched by playing a children's trampoline.

Great experience to bounce around. Also, you can do this for exercise. The staffs talk English and are friendly so you can practice English with them. Moreover, there are a large variety of games including dodgeball while bouncing, free-bouncing and power-bouncing. You can celebrate your birthday there, too.

Friendly staff, good exercise, if you want to do something different than going to gym or running for a change, this could worth a try

Bounce is a trampoline park located inside the E-MAX Building in Kowloon Bay. It is a bit Expensive ($170 +$30 for the socks, you have to buy the socks) in my opinion, but it is fun to go.

It is a fun place to jump around and do tricks,but there isn't much you can do. There is only Jumping onto an Air Bag, trampoline and a basketball hope and trampoline dodgeball.

The staff are friendly, and you can reserve a time to jump online ( though you have to pay first) or pay at the counter.

We went there a Sunday Afternoon and there was lots of spaces available.

If you looking to just Jump, then there's plenty of spaces , if you looking for other activities I would suggest another trampoline park.

This place doesn't exist anymore. I was there personally and unfortunately this shop is closed :(

Have fun playing !! Most of them were for elementary school, but fortunately I was less embarrassed because there were people in their 20s. Please note that if you jump high, you will hear your clothes and your back.

Best Fitness Trampoline Park!

Experience: Amazing GIANT trampoline park with multiple individual trampolines for you to bounce on. 10 minutes = 30 minutes on a treadmill if you continuously jump. Safety nets are below each trampoline as well so its all safe! Basketball hoops, dodge ball area, wall running, performance trampoline (larger ones) etc

Staff: Extremely welcoming, friendly and all English speaking.

Location: Free Shuttle bus ride (5-10 minutes) from Kowloon Bay MTR station. Trampoline Park is within KITEC.
