As new home owners we thought this would be a smart decision to learn about how to better take care of your house.
The technician we met was nice-enough, but by his own admission he was still in training. That's fine for a first intro visit, but when it came time to actually servicing the house it was still only the trainee with no supervisor. He wasn't able to even change the filter in our refrigerator and instead left a pool of water on our kitchen floor that he and I had to clean up for the remainder of the visit.
Since his supervisor didn't want to come to our house either (Friday at 3pm so he was done for the week, I guess) the trainee just left without actually servicing the house. Promised to come back, but after a few weeks we decided to cancel.
If this was the end of our experience I wouldn't be leaving a review. Things can be a bad fit and you can still move on amicably.
BUT when we cancel our service and you continue to charge our credit card that's a different story. First time, I let it slide, but you clearly are not actually closing out the account and are trying to charge our card without me noticing.
All in all, very shady experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
