I am a fairly new subscriber and so far PreFix has been amazing. I had a non emergency problem that happened over a holiday weekend and my home manager contacted me on a Sunday to discuss and I really felt like he had a sense of ownership over my issue. Which was AMAZING! Truly I feel like I do not have to worry about too much anymore because of this service. Shout out to Chase!! He is amazing!!
