Update 1/2020: PreFix continues to say they don't service my neighborhood, but I continue to see their vans on my streets.

I was sorely disappointed in PreFix. Before they failed to show up to their scheduled appointment, I was excited about recommending them to a friend, but now I cannot do so. As a single mom homeowner I was excited to find a service to help me tackle my standard homeowner maintenance, but after making an appointment for an initial session, which I had to schedule time off work to be home for, they cancelled with no ability to reschedule, saying they don't service my area. But I see PreFix vans in my neighborhood all the time which was the reason I called them in the first place. So they clearly do. I don't know what happened but I've never been so disappointed by a customer service failure in this city in the 10 years I've lived here.
