based on just the call alone..... Called to see if I could have them come to my house to do an install for electrical on a new shed I am getting. When I called they said it would be $70 just for the drive to come to my house (less than 20 miles) and then they would give me an estimate for the work. I asked why so much for the driver to come to my house and they said "work on the vehicle that gets them to your home."

Paying a person $70 to just drive to my house alone (to NOT include the driver figuring out a cost for the work) is NOT going to happen. It certainty does not cost that much to drive to a house for a consult. Customer Service is not with this business.

Never fixed the mess they left us in. I should have listened to another electrician that has had experience with them that told me they try to rip you off as much as possible. We should have had a brand new service as quoted for over six grand but we were left with a unrentable home.

Richard and Justin did a fantastic job! They were courteous, professional, and respectful of my home. I appreciated their attention to Covid protocol. I would definitely use Precision Electrical again!!

Bobby did a great job, covering a number of issues. He installed two Ring doorbells, Two outside lights, six smoke alarms and upgraded a transformer that powered the door bells. He was very professional, knowledgeable and really personable. I would highly recommend Bobby and Precision Electrical to anyone that needed electrical work done at their house.

Bobby finished up my extensive list of electrical projects I had with the big work today was installing and hand six LED shop lights in my basement and new bathroom exhaust fan/ lights. Again I can t say how impressed I am with his work ethic, abilities and professionalism. Lady that answered phone was so rude I will never call back. I am building a 12,000 square foot home. I wonder how much money they would have made on this project.

The house I moved into is a bit older. One night, the power box went out, causing a surge and almost a fire. We called Precision, and where this was kind of a spur of the moment emergency, I wasn't sure if anyone could come out right then, and was okay with it if that did happen.
However, they came out within minutes. It wasn't even an hour. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly. They were very personable and friendly.
I would recommend!

I was very pleased with the service and most pleased with both technicians. They were so pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and hard workers. They worked all day and into the evening because they wanted to finish the job. They leave everything as they find it.
I purchased their service plan because I want to know they are available for me should I have electrical problems, and I will ask for Andrew, if available, to do my work.

The work is pricey.John Dye and his associate did a great job for me .I had got the wrong size fan and they worked it out so I could get another one and still get it installed same day.

Over night storms knocked trees down on our property ripping the powerlines out of our house. I called Precision Electrical first thing in the morning and they were here and fixed my problem with in a few hours. I do not know what I would of done with out them

Lost power to my thermostat and had no heat. HVAC diagnosed problem as a bad circuit breaker, but could not fix it. By this time it was after hours, and Precision was responsive and I had a technician within an hour. Very professional and fixed the problem.

Richard and Steven was prompt, professional and didn t give up on a very challenging project. They were able to figure out the previous person s installation and get it reinstalled right. If you re in a mess, call these guys.

Richard arrived in a timely manner, listened intently to what my issue was and went right to work in solving my problem. Had the wires correctly identified rather quickly and pointed them out to me as to what I needed to do. Very pleased with his professionalism and getting the job done.

I am really up set to know that they came out and checked the wiring.and told me they could not solve my problem because they don t make this system anymore....has no way to solve my problem, and gave a bill for almost $300, now the problem happened to be a short in a wiring which the person living there took care of the problem with a $4 switch... now what else can I say other than I will never call these people again...and please make sure what they tell you is true...

We called with a serious electrical problem involving our electric panel. Within a matter of a few hours, they were at our home. The service men were very professional and courteous. They explained all the details of the needed repairs and the exact cost. They completed the work promptly. We were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them to our friends.

Ok my personal experience with this company was AMAZING! They were on time; they fixed my electric in no time at all. The staff are great and very friendly, knowledgeable people. They know exactly what they are doing and then some!!! The price is not very expensive at all, especially since their work comes with a warrenty. If I could give more * I certainly would. We had to call precision out again, for another electrical issue. This time we got Richard, and Austin (but not Richards hammer(inside joke they will get) and the price was a little more then we was quoted but only bc we had a couple extra problems arise. They (just like the first two) was very curteous and knowledgeable. They had all of our problems resolved in just an hour or 2. Still works great. Even showed me how to fix something that's super simple but I wouldn't have thought about. Richard and Austin, thanks again guys!

$60 for them to tell me they were going to charge over $400 for installation of a bathroom light and vent that would have probably taken them 10 minutes to install. I had already removed the old one. All they had to do was install the new one. And he acted like he was giving me a discount. Give me a break. Explains why they won't give you any idea on the cost on the phone. They were literally at my house for 3 minutes. Pretty sure this business runs on it's $60 visit fee. What a waste of time and $60. Do not use this company unless you have money to throw away.

Andrew and Justin were very engaging and pleasant. Andrew explained his approach to finding my problem, and within 10 min he had diagnosed the problem. Andrew offered several quotes and services that Precision offers.

My Son-in law had this this company come out to our home due to a problem with a dead wall socket. The repairman who came out from precision was not even a licensed electrician and worked under the owner of the company who was not present. I was told to replace the outlet and and do a visual inspection of my electrical panel it was going to cost over more then $375, I was told the panel inspection was mandatory and would only take 5 minutes. I called my Son-in law and he told me to ask them to leave and not pay them a dime. The following day my wife had an electrician from the yellow pages come out and make the repair! Cost $69.00 including new wall socket, panel inspection free, which included tightening up some loose grounds. The man who came out owned the company and was a licensed Tennessee Electrician, total time spend at my home 30 minutes. I do NOT Recommend Precision Electrical they are over priced and try to over sell. Get out the phone book and use commonsense when selecting these repair people. It has now been over 6 weeks since the repair and I have had NO problems at all. Thank you Jim for a job well done!!

Worst company ever. They are hacks, they will take your money and block your number. Don't trust David. He is a slime ball. And will rip you off. Just go somewhere else. You have a better chance with a random person with no experience to get the job done right. Don't risk your business or home burning down.

Even with a detailed specification and diagram of a very simple job, could not even give a rough estimate without a $69 free to visit. Kind of hard to compare prices if you have to pay $69 to know the price.

Jesse was AMAZING! The professionalism is off the charts. What I loved the most is how confident and knows Jesse was, I have been living in constant fear that an electrical issue was going to destroy my home. Literally. . . , to the point that I had moved my mattress the living room in order to have a quit exit route. As it turns out I had a few breaker issues and a tap the inside part of my porch light outlet was damaged causing most of the issue. Even after coming out in the middle of the night, diagnostics to determine the issues and replacing 5 face plates, installing four new outlets and re-mounting the 220 plug on my stove the price was insanely GOOD. Jesse and Stephan made me feel at ease with their vast electrical knowledge.And, the professionalism, again, was just superb. They put shoe covers on to keep my floors clean and went above and beyond.the call of duty. I will be re-wiring my home over the next year because it s old and it is just something I want to do. I wouldn t consider using anyone else.This company is very much at the top of their game. The straightforward pricing is FAIR to the point of Ridiculously reasonable. I will NEVER use anyone else. The 2 man crew arrived on schedule and took ptoper Covid precautions while reviewing my problem. They made a good diagnosis and estimate of 3 seperate problems. 2 problems were addressed immediately and the third was taken care of on a followup call. Their work was very well done in all 3 areas, and their conduct was outstanding. I would use this group again when needed.

Representative returned call in a timely manner, approximately 24 hours, and was very polite and informative. The appt. was scheduled for 2 days later, the representative called on that morning and stated the technicians had finished early and would be on their way to my house. They arrived on time and with what they needed for the job. They were pleasant, respectful, quick, and thorough. Would refer without hesitation. Pricing was very fair!

If you have money to burn, then Precision Electrical would be a good choice for you. However, if spending 5 x more than you should have to isn't appealing to you, then call someone else - anyone else. I was charged just shy of $2,000 and not one wire was ran. All they did was switch some of the breakers out. My ex-husband (whom is an electrician - but lives in Houston) saw the bill and the pictures of what they did and he is also livid at the amount that was charged. He said the cost (if you go to Lowe's or Home Depot) of the items would be no more than $300 (for the best brand), so that means they charged me $425 per hour for the 2 guys that were at my house for 2 hours. Wow, wish I made that much an hour. From other stories I've read since this, I'm not the first and certainly won't be the last. Don't let the next victim be you!

They installed a new 4 prone pigtail to our dryer. We had bought it. Still charged almost a hundred dollars for it and 49 dollars for service visit. A bit expensive but they were reliable and quick with the service. Will call again if needed!

Paid them $1,100 a week ago and still having the same problem... We will see if they will make it right and I'll change my review.

From the very first phone call to book an appointment, to when they went out the door to leave, this company is top notch. The technicians arrived promptly, they were very friendly, curtious, and knowledgable. Yes they wore the booties over their shoes ! They were respectful of my home, making sure they didn't damage or break anything. Very thorough electricians ! They nailed down a problem that other electricians couldn't figure out. VERY pleased, I would highly recommend them , they know what they are doing.

Chris and his partner came out promptly on a Sunday and quickly diagnosed and then fixed the problem. I was expecting a huge bill for a Sunday response but the bill was actually quite reasonable.

We ll definitely use them again for any emergencies and also for some other work we re looking to do around the house.

Jessie Tackit came to my house to service a home warranty issue. He answered my questions while completing his work. I asked him if I was bugging him by following him around and asking lots of questions, but he was fine with it and was quite genial and good natured.

Employees are friendly enough, however, their prices are atrocious! Over 18k quote to rewire a two bedroom. The other companies I called ranged from 7k-10k. Just saying!

Of the two experiences I've had with this company and Bobby, they have been great! Prompt, professional, courteous. The availability to fix issues quickly and correctly comes at a premium that I don't mind paying. I appreciate their no nonsense high tech system. Both techs were very respectful and wore masks in my home. I have dealt with many contractors and techs over the years and these guys are some of the best. Previously they were the second opinion on my breaker panel which was determined to be old and a hazard. They worked with me and the home insurance company to make sure I'd be covered. They ended up saving me about $1,800 and my house. I called them again a few weeks later to fix a hot scary melted outlet. They were great and I wouldn't hesitate to call again if I want something done right. I definitely feel better about my electric system with these guys on the job.

They were very responsive and actually came out sooner than planned because of a cancelled appointment! They were very friendly and quick to resolve the issues. They followed all COVID protocols and left house clean.
