Absolutely terrible place to work. Dishonest, unethical, and immoral from Rick King down to the foreman.

Not worth the pay. Would rate zero if I were able.

Say Big NO to pick up at this place u less you like to sit. This place is a Joke to pick up a load. No respect for a drivers time. 4:00 pm pick up. It s 8pm. Still not done. I don t understand if product is not ready why hold truck driver in the door. Also need to deliver 6am in the morning. This place got no idea how appointment works. Lot off lazy people working here. In no rush to work.

Honestly all this negative stuff about praxis is not true, I had the pleasure to work as a quality auditor and it was a great experience, the company staff is amazing, great company to work they do work lot over time and dont believe all this negative feedback try it out first.... some people may be rude but if we all do the grown up part I'm pretty sure you will have no problems.... great company to work for, family oriented and also great for someone looking for a job first time. Have a great summer...

very fast, my appointment was for 8am and they unloaded me 6:45 am. you can stay at night.

Slow place I come at 8 am is 11:22 and still don t even have a dock to get loaded appointment was at 8:15 but I think they don t care about the appointment. Because no one else here and they still make me wait let see how much longer

It s Terrible place to pickup or deliver. very very slow, even no any other truck to load or unload but they took 3 hours for 6 skids.They don t care about driver s time what ever want they will do. I never recommend any driver to pickup or unloading this garbage place

I work at Praxis as part of the maintenance team and I really enjoy this job. They let you work as many hours as you want but overtime is not mandatory. The machines we work with are pretty self explanatory and there's always people around that are willing to help if you have questions. You actually get 40 minutes of break to sit down and eat your food in peace. The place is cleaned daily. We always have new projects coming in and the maintenance shop is well equipped. Management is easy to get a long with. Great environment. They hire people from all different types of backgrounds. I enjoy coming to work daily and I don't take any problems from work home. I also don't get any calls or text while I'm at home. Paid vacations, holidays and great benefits. No complains.

I honestly wish I could give less than 1 star. When I first started working here, I read the reviews al over the internet but decided to make a decision by myself, not based on the reviews. I should have listened to the reviews, this place is complete trash. The disrespect and unprofessionalism is astounding. Even the HR manager has no clue what she is doing. They give you absolutely no notice if you are going to all of a sudden be working 7 days a week, with no regard for your family or personal life. They say that they care about quality and safety, but all they truly care about is production. It s a business and I understand that, but at some point you have to treat your employees with respect. There was never a day working at Praxis where I felt appreciated or respected. Anybody who makes more money than you, ultimately thinks they are better than you and will treat you like dirt. They promote people like Kathy Harris, to production supervisor and give zero training how to be a supervisor. She has no clue what she is doing and it s not even 100% her fault, Praxis does not train their supervisors on how to talk to their employees or manage people. They just yell and bark orders and walk away when things get stressful or don t go their way. Really at the end of the day, if you need the money, work here for a couple months, save and quit as soon as you find another opportunity. I m not exaggerating when I say this place will make you hate your life.
