Wrong price tags on products! They expected me to pay more than what was shown on the tag. Store Manager arrogant and inflexible!!!

I had a very good experience in this store , my sale attendant was fantastic and he was very patient and made sure I am purchasing a right T-shirt with a perfect size ,all the other staff were very friendly and attentive as well, they have a very good selection of men s Prada line up and it s decent size retail store as well. Next time when I visit Frankfurt I will visit this location again, if you from North America here they have more selection so make sure you stop by and take a look.

A very nice shop with a large selection of top-class fashion clothing. I was looked after by Julian. A highly professional and absolutely courteous employee who has dealt with me so well that I wanted to buy there at the end, which I have done. In between and inconspicuously served me a fine tea with biscuits. Overall, a delightful experience. I'll be back!

Stroppy officious security staff. At these prices Prada need to employ staff who know their place.
