Very misleading on the actual abilities of AlarmBiller. Actually conversion process has taken them 6 months longer than promised. I would not wish this on my worst enemy.

Support wont get back to me or fix issues that we have been having for almost a year now. The software is archaic... My suggestion to them is to get younger programmers. Its 2020 a good software shouldn't be this hard to use. Support has only been suggesting "work arounds" ugh.
