A pioneer in health care industry located at Bangalore.
Easy access to the building by road. 4km from JP nagar metro station, Bangalore. More secure and 24 hr security gards. Nice and neat surrounding. Praking area avilable 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler area separately.

These people are very rude individuals. When I complained about not getting a satisfying consultation from the doctor and demanded for a refund, their response was so so bad. I'm shocked!

Don't book any diagnostic test with them, they make you fast and they don't turn up for collecting the blood sample, very unreliable.

Practo is a disaster service provider. There are multiple other apps which provide better medical service.

This is located in JP Nagar near Kalyani Magnum Tech Park.
This is a 4 floor building.
This building can accommodate approximately 800people.

Horrible service, poor quality app. After confirming an appointment with a doctor I get a message ,"Appointment failed" without getting any reason. Twice this has happened. Poor quality app. Disappointing.

Nice company to work. Purely into healthcare management.

What an absolute waste of time! Recommended only for doctors who have nothing else to do but look at their popups all day long, for anyone else, avoid at any cost!!

Practo doesn t care about its Customers

I must say that I have enjoyed using Practo App. for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I am having a terrible experience with their customer service. In fact, I don't think they have any customer service team at all. Here's my ordeal:

I recently used Practo to book medical tests. I selected Thyrocare Diagnostic Lab for this. Sample collection from my house was handled smoothly. Reports were also shared with me well within time.

The trouble started with the reports. One of the tests that I had ordered was not reflecting in the reports. Report for one other test that I had NOT ordered was present instead. I wrote to the customer service email id of Practo about this and asked them to fix it. I waited for a few days and sent another follow up email. I also wrote to them using the app Help center. They have not even bothered to acknowledge receiving my mail. I tried reaching them through phone as well. But I never got an option to speak to someone through their IVR.

So, after a fortnight's horrid experience, I am forced to believe that Practo doesn't care about its Customers. It is only interested to sell to its customers. So, if you are looking for a seamless healthcare service experience, Practo is just NOT the app for you.

worthless app, you will just pay the amount and after that the pharmacists are cancelling the order as you have just given 4 months old prescription. worthless pharmacists are working there.

They have a fair, clean, trustworthy and ethical business. Impressive minds of the company!

Nice building.. the office space is descent and well lit.

Practo has shifted out of this building. The building has lot of rats. The rooftop has sheets and becomes and oven during lunch time

Issue no 1 :when i send a daily report to my boss the total summary does not get mentioned in-spite of my boss having Ms excel installed as asked by the practo team, u really need to upgrade certain minor problems like these or u sure are going to loose lots more clients like me, any software considers this the basic, how can practo lack such common sense is surprising to me, why on earth would any owner of any business of franchise want to use a bloody calculator to sum up the daily sales, i have taken up ur software and have hired a manager for what then?? Does it make any sense to you????
Issue no 2 : When i used the practo software earlier i had an option to see which therapist has done what job, depending on that i use to increase or decrease the incentives, now when i was renewing my practo account i was promised the same package i was in 2 years ago, and now after renewal the employee who came down to my spa informed me that i will have to upgrade my plan to make use of this option, I have been one of the initial members of practo and this is the loyalty bonus i get from u'l once u people have flourished , so now you do now need ur clients as u did earlier, do not forget you are here in this position because of the service u provided to ur clients earlier and ur clients being loyal to you, but this will surely give practo a negitive feed back and a review for futher clients to be aware of such scams and waste of both time and effort . I am demanding an instant refund as i do not want to go ahead as per ur new rules of extracting extra money from me by claiming false upgrades, to which i had access earlier, then how is it an upgrade?? it more of a de grade towards my plan is what u have done. Pathetic service, ul should be ashamed!!!!

Good office location. The cafeteria is nice and spacious. I attended a campaign here. It's not too far Vega city mall if you need a popular landmark nearby

An irresistible, unfortunate service provider. The appointments they provide in their website does not work most of the time. They can cancel it anytime and screw up your day. Also, they do not publish any negative reviews on the doctors/medical institute as there will be an internal link which impacts their business. I wish this company to shutdown soon.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Ordered a Thyrocare lab test through the app. The sample was collected but till date I have not received reports. I've been asking for a refund through their chat support and email escalations but there is no response. I have not seen this kind of pathetic customer service in new age companies till date.

Practo is really good to find specialized doctors at times. I have found such docs couple of times.
But at the same time, for some doctors there is no review at all in practo although they have been described with an excellent profile in practo.
I have chosen 1 such Dr based on his experience and profile, but turned out to be a worst and greedy guy ultimately resulted in wastage of 7500 Rs from my pocket with no proper diagnosis, treatment and cure. It is not the mistake of practo as i have chosen him on my own.

But the problem with practo is, I came back to write a honest review about the doctors (the good and bad) in practo (as they asked me after my visit to the hospital), practo rejected my reviews with the below note:

Then i understood that practo allows only the positive or neutral reviews about their services and doctors blocking the negative ones. Probably that's the reason why I couldn't find any review for a Dr who is listed in practo with 18yrs of experience.

So the take home message is, cross check with others and don't go blindly dependent on Practo.
