Practo doesn t care about its Customers

I must say that I have enjoyed using Practo App. for quite some time now. Unfortunately, I am having a terrible experience with their customer service. In fact, I don't think they have any customer service team at all. Here's my ordeal:

I recently used Practo to book medical tests. I selected Thyrocare Diagnostic Lab for this. Sample collection from my house was handled smoothly. Reports were also shared with me well within time.

The trouble started with the reports. One of the tests that I had ordered was not reflecting in the reports. Report for one other test that I had NOT ordered was present instead. I wrote to the customer service email id of Practo about this and asked them to fix it. I waited for a few days and sent another follow up email. I also wrote to them using the app Help center. They have not even bothered to acknowledge receiving my mail. I tried reaching them through phone as well. But I never got an option to speak to someone through their IVR.

So, after a fortnight's horrid experience, I am forced to believe that Practo doesn't care about its Customers. It is only interested to sell to its customers. So, if you are looking for a seamless healthcare service experience, Practo is just NOT the app for you.
