Practo is useful to find money mongering doctors online. They won't allow us to post the feedback, they might need the consent of particular practicing doctor to post it and all negative feedbacks are withheld and only positive feedbacks are posted(I meant their feedback policy is so designed that we cannot take down on doctor) this is sheer misleading and unethical. No doctor is 100% but in Practo, taking feedback as criterion there are many nevertheless practo is a doctor friendly not patient friendly.I suggest people to write and check on Google reviews rather than practo reviews(biased). Google is genuine and not prejudiced in reviews by favouring professionals.

I raised a feedback for Dentist Mridula Singh (HSR Layout, Bangalore). Despite of uploading the proof of visit to Doctor, Practo has not published the feedback, just because the proof was rejected by doctor. This puts a question on credibility and trust on Practo website itself. Please verify the proof yourself instead of depending on doctor and publish the feedback.

This puts a questions whether all the feedback published for a doctor in Practo website are genuine/false ? Are they purchase promotions by the doctor ?

App consultaion fee is different & clinic charges different amout. Raised a concern in the app 1 week back but no response received. In the App they have Help & Support option but it does not really work.

extremely disappointed with the product, they now have practo prime with different individuals giving us different kickbacks. yes, practo now charges 220, 250, 270, 300, 350 as commissions from doctors towards a patient connection. employees of the company approach us with different tariff rates as though its a product sales. the customer care team have no idea and they have been taught one standard line - " we will ask the concerned person to call you". in a simple line, practo is now a thief of a third order. ask for refunds and they will make you call them some 100 times. its amazing to see such a well developed product take this shape. right from the customer care to the top executives, all they understand is conversion of a doctor to use the software to pay back the investors. horrible experience.

I booked appointment through practo on 2nd December 2018 for next day 3rd December for Dr. Prakash from Rainbow hospital, Bannerghatta Main Road. They sent messages but didn t send confirmation. Again I tried and than message appeared that I have already booked appointment for the doctor for available time. Again on Monday 3rd December I checked to get sure about that appointmen and same message appears that my appointment is already booked. I went to hospital on Monday and thsn got to know that my appointment was not booked and they didn t get any request from Practo. It was completely waste of time. I waited for long time as they considered me as walk-in. Pathetic service by Practo !!

Worst organaisation.i booked appointment with Dr Prashanth Khaled at marigold hospital on
04/12/2019 .I had received confirmation message also. We senior citizens travelled 25
Kilometers and waited in the hospital for hours but the doctor did not come at all.
We returned with disappointment and spent nearly 1000;rupees.The Practo did not follow up with the doctor and not informed about cancellation

Practo has serious problems when it comes to dealing with Doctors. An employee named Veeresh Yadav asked for CCTV footage and other evidence to solve a simple problem. Then he asked for a shining feedback, then when it was discovered that the problem was not solved, he is nowhere to be seen. This employee also chats on whatsapp so that his sleazy requests for recommendation are not in official communication

When practo was started initially it was a good platform for doctors to be visible and for patients to search what they want , get a review and see what they are looking for. Over the years they have become extremely greedy and have resorted to unethical practices.

In practo search they make only the doctors who pay them visible and put all others in the last few search pages even though they have good experience/ review . It gives a false sense of belief for the patients that whoever appears first is good when the fact is whoever has paid money come first.

Practo prime is again a loot where they charge 75-80% of doctors consultation as their fee. Even worse they even charge the same amount from the doctors for all the missed calls and even noshow appointments.
Overall it has become a necessary evil. Highly unethical practice .

ordered medicine for my parents. Cancelled after 5 days stating we dont deliver in that area. Why did you took the order in 1st place?

The prescription given by doctor did not have health issue described and has only the tablets. This contempt of medical ethics. They don't give prescription proper and not valid. They charge extra which is not valid.
The doctor prescription with out health issue properly is not valid.. they do such illegal business.

Support executive did not giving proper response.

Practo is like a dual edged sword.

The good side of Practo is that you can find the doctors around you and book consultations or even enquire services directly from the app.

But the dark side of Practo can cost your life. Hear me out.

Like any other person seeking treatment during a pandemic, I was drawn to their online consultation service for its convenience. Unfortunately for me, this turned out to be a nightmare of sorts.

Upon consulting with the first few doctors (I usually have a 2nd consultation for medical accuracy), I noticed all the doctors were in a hurry and seemed to be more interested in giving out medications rather than listen to what I had to say.

I suffered from a migraine but I was effectively given medication that caused severe side-effects that caused heart issues, breathing problems, and sleep disorders. The doctors at one point convinced me I had asthma, heart attack, depression, and even a brain stroke. This is the price you pay for online consultations.

At this point I had a severe panic/anxiety attack. Not only had I not slept for days but the doctors kept giving me more medications. Now, the downright foolish bit from me was not to have gone to a physical consultation and hoping the medications would work.

When I finally did end up with a physical consultation, the tests were all clear and it was clear that the medications that were prescribed caused the severe side effects.

Once I was off the drugs, I quickly went back to normal and I realized how Practo assigns Quacks and practicing doctors to you in hopes of making a quick buck and up-selling their online consultations.

During this time, their customer care representatives were so heartless that they were prepared to refund my consultation cost instead of seeing the larger picture - Their doctors weren't medically relevant in giving people a proper diagnosis.

Unfortunately, millions of people will continue to sign their under-priced online consultations as the future of medical brilliance but for the few of you, who did get this far into the review. Please save yourselves and stick to a physical consultation which orders tests to prove if you have a condition. Do not blindly swallow pills that could cause adverse effects to your body.

Practo software is a defective one.Most of the times feedback sms is not send to the patients.They are just here to make money .will be a flop show in few years.

Never order medicines from here. It will take forever to get medicines even though they will try to source it from a pharmacy next door

A company which doesn't even have the words 'integrity', 'ethics', 'morality' in its dictionary! Doctors are allowed to post fake reviews about themselves. They just post praising, positive reviews about themselves even without their patient's knowledge. Can you imagine such a cheap company?

Horrible service! Unnecessary headache! I had booked a blood test for my husband, paid money got the test done and never heard back. Called practo and even had a chat but everything in vain.

Worst app for delivery of medicines ever.. have faced the same problem twice.. they delay your order and not even have an option to cancel your order on their app..

Extremely disappointed customer. Practo is misrepresenting user feedback info by putting faults on doctors than the shortcoming of their product. To add to it, they mention that they are keeping in mind the latest practice management requirements. Do you have boneheads for product managers?

Practo is an awesome company. As a consumer I can find the best doctors in my area, no matter where I go. It works not only in all big cities in India, but also works in many other countries like Singapore, Brazil. Like every new expanding business, Practo has its problems and at times I see my friends and even some doctors complaining about them, but I notice that in the long run all the problems are addressed by the company. Way to go folks !!

We on behalf of our hospital have opted for a paid service, costing 1.5 lakh for 3 months. It has been of no use. Few Sales persons have made innumerable false promises and never even bothered to call us back. What's the point in expanding to dozens of countries when you miserably fail to achieve what you have promised right in your home town.

It's time to retrospect yourself. Complete stupidity

From using the software for beyond 5 years , finally took the decision to move out of it. A great product back then , now lacks innovation and is more of a commodity service using a well trusted service as a medical field to be portrayed admist it. The team lacks a basic sense of what needs to be put where and takes beyond 1 year to get its features in the right place and have no clue where it should head. Inventories sold at bargain able prices just to get the investors and data analytical team to work up for further funding. Last few months of seeing and hearing feedback s from other doctors, I am glad to move out of using it.

Small pretty office where people are changing healthcare !!

Terrible service, have placed an order with them for medicines and they are not able to deliver the order and also not able to respond back to us, They are not even giving an update whether we should cancel the order so that we can buy the medicines from another store... looks like they want to make sure we suffer. There is no way to get this issue escalated as no one responds.. and contacts are not shared.

Practo office is amazing and people are smart and fun to work with. The team is very young and energetic and work is interesting.

Calling Doctors and waiting for an appointment is really a headache at times. I am the kind of person who loves getting everything on my fingertip. Practo is a blessing when it comes to Doctor Appointments. There s no need of calling the hospital and going through IVR s or asking the call attendant as to what will be the appointment timing.On Practo, you can select your own time slot as mentioned by the doctor on their app page. We can also select the date we want the appointment for. Practo gives the option to search for a specialist that you are looking for. So if you have a skin problem, you just need to type your requirement on the Find & Book space.Practo also has the facility for members to ask free questions on the app so that a minor/general thing can be solved by just a specialist s answer.Last time you used Practo, you selected and booked an appointment with a doctor and really want to make her/him your doctor for the specific thing. Practo has the space that says My Doctors wherein every doctor is saved with whom you have booked an appointment in the past.This app/website is really very handy for people like me who doesn t like spending time over the phone for an appointment.

tried Speech Therapy from practo online. They scared to my all family members. So decided to go for second opinion at Nightingales. Thank god I took second opinion. My daughter got better treatment from them and she is showing drastic improvement. my experience with Practo was not good

there was no option to give negative star. their online consulattaion forum is a gimmick to fleece people. no proper reply. teh doctors listed there doesnot a have regular profile to give feedback also.

A start up focusing on core health domain. Practo has now been rebranded and has shifted itself to focusing solely on health. All the best to the team.

Dr Shivam Om Mittal is not working now in Columbia Asia Sarjapur as the appointments were not given from 24-10-2018. The same may be updated with latest information where presently said doctor is available.

Best place to work.
Their Ideaa and goals are very ambitious and promising
