Issue no 1 :when i send a daily report to my boss the total summary does not get mentioned in-spite of my boss having Ms excel installed as asked by the practo team, u really need to upgrade certain minor problems like these or u sure are going to loose lots more clients like me, any software considers this the basic, how can practo lack such common sense is surprising to me, why on earth would any owner of any business of franchise want to use a bloody calculator to sum up the daily sales, i have taken up ur software and have hired a manager for what then?? Does it make any sense to you????
Issue no 2 : When i used the practo software earlier i had an option to see which therapist has done what job, depending on that i use to increase or decrease the incentives, now when i was renewing my practo account i was promised the same package i was in 2 years ago, and now after renewal the employee who came down to my spa informed me that i will have to upgrade my plan to make use of this option, I have been one of the initial members of practo and this is the loyalty bonus i get from u'l once u people have flourished , so now you do now need ur clients as u did earlier, do not forget you are here in this position because of the service u provided to ur clients earlier and ur clients being loyal to you, but this will surely give practo a negitive feed back and a review for futher clients to be aware of such scams and waste of both time and effort . I am demanding an instant refund as i do not want to go ahead as per ur new rules of extracting extra money from me by claiming false upgrades, to which i had access earlier, then how is it an upgrade?? it more of a de grade towards my plan is what u have done. Pathetic service, ul should be ashamed!!!!
