This place was complete comfort loved the whole experience with this hotel.

Channel take the kids to a birthday party there on Saturday. Wasn't many people there because of covid. Very clean and very well taken care of.
Great staff. Really nice time. Holiday Inn is a big company so they should make it through this pandemic. Feel really bad for the little guys with small businesses.

I had a StayParkFly reservation. When I arrived at the hotel around 6 p.m. January 31st there was nobody there. The doors to the hotel wouldn't open and the lobby desk area was dark. I called the number that came with my confirmation email but I got a voicemail saying "the mobile customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. Three times I called the number. I waited for 45 minutes for someone to show up. Nothing. I ended up finding another hotel. Hopefully I will get my money back.

Nice place that offers more then what you would expect from a holiday inn. I don't have many experiences with staying at a HI brand hotel. But, this one has exceeded my expectations. I was required to stay here for work because of the corporate billing in place. Its located right off I494 with easy access to Bloomington. The staff here is really great, never a negative interaction. Would consider staying again, even though I'm a Hilton diamond member.

Stayed 4 nights in early March with my wife and daughter. What a great location and wonderful hotel. It was a short distance to Great Wolf Lodge and Mall of America. We were there for my grandfathers 100th birthday and it was convenient to him in Golden Valley and Medicine Lake. It was also a short trip to Minneapolis.

The staff was very friendly. We ended up driving our 20+ hour trip without stopping and arrived much early than planned. They allowed us to check in early which was awesome as we were able to catch a nap before visiting family. The hot tub was great at the end of each night we were there. A couple nights we went down and had a few drinks at the bar and socialized with some of the other guest. It was a very pleasant stay.

We will certainly stay here again on our next trip to visit family. it was a great value for the money and a very clean hotel.

This place was located in just the right place and the extra attention to detail was lovely. The beds were comfy and the pool was clean! Check out time is noon. It was perfect for our girls getaway!

Quiet hotel close to the Mall of America. Great restaurants nearby. Very clean and modern newly updated rooms. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful.

Really I like this hotel. The people are friendly and helpful and seem like they like working there.
BUT! It is now all over GREY! Grey is my least favorite of the non colors. Yes I know it is trendy but in two years it will be OUT, thank God, and this place will forever be stuck in the Twenty-teens.
So, not my problem, everything else about this hotel is in the perfect location for my visits to the cities and I will keep on visiting them. I will just have to bring some bright luggage as a counter point to all that GREY!
