I had a StayParkFly reservation. When I arrived at the hotel around 6 p.m. January 31st there was nobody there. The doors to the hotel wouldn't open and the lobby desk area was dark. I called the number that came with my confirmation email but I got a voicemail saying "the mobile customer you are trying to reach is unavailable. Three times I called the number. I waited for 45 minutes for someone to show up. Nothing. I ended up finding another hotel. Hopefully I will get my money back.
