I came to Toyota PPC with the intention of buying a car in cash. The seller informed me that I also get compulsory insurance and accident insurance for free. The details of the insurance were not clarified to me at that time. First of all, I turned to the seller with a question in the e-mails, to which he could not respond.

When I asked two days later specifically about the additional insurance of the GAP, windshield, people in the vehicle, the possibility of a replacement vehicle, etc. the seller was unable to respond and his simple answer was "I don't know" that he had to contact Toyota Financial Services Slovakia. And he had two days (from a previous email conversation to find out things he didn't happen to happen).

It is sad to say that the seller in the store is unable to inform the customer and does not know about his products, which is a fact that I have not yet encountered with other car dealers / brands, despite the rich experience with various dealers. It is obvious that after the sale of the vehicle (even if it has not yet been handed over to the customer), all the efforts of the seller end and the interest in any contact with the customer is lost.

PPC thus loses another client who will look for another place to service and purchase other products from Toyota.

Let me add as a trifle that they will not welcome you as a customer in the parking lot, but suspect that you want to park there for free and find out what you are looking for there.
