Powerteq Edge & Superchips Review

Absolutely stoked to finally get a Flashcal for my 07 Jeep JKU (soon to be upgraded to a flashpaq). And when I had questions, I was even more stoked to not only get a real human on the phone to talk to, but I learned the company is now based in Ogden Utah. Bam! Top notch service, and a quality product to boot. Definitely worth your money if you spend any amount of time on or in your vehicle. Thanks Powerteq! You've earned a customer for life.

I ve never written a Bad review before and I m being generous with the 3 stars I m giving you. But I bought a $600 Diablo sport trinity 2 ex platinum for my 04 ram. I ve already sent one unit back because it glitched and froze up every time I would use it and now the newer unit I have still freezes and the mount has failed always pointing the screen downwards. I can say the customer service was great when I called and got the unit replaced under warranty. But overall $600 for this is not worth the world of troubles it brings me for not being able to use my tuner when I want due to lagging and freezing. I m not impressed with the quality.

Probably the best customer service I've received in a while. I ordered a tuner on eBay from powerteqperformance at a great price. Powerteq reached out to me to let me know that eBay had not updated, but they were actually out of stock for the tuner that I purchased. They offered to send me a new one once they got them in stock again in 3 to 5 days or a full refund.

I explained that I needed it by this weekend for an event that I've had planned, which is why I ordered it a week in advance. Powerteq wasted no time in working with me to come up with an alternate solution that I personally feel was incredibly respectful and accommodating. I never was made to feel like I was an inconvenience or a burden and they jumped through hoops to make sure I was happy. That's what kind of business this is and I highly recommend looking them up for any performance needs you may have.

Thank you for your help...but can you please inform your tech that there is no afr or fuel trim adjustment...horrible service I prepaid 500 for a programmer to be shipped to the wrong address Not on my behalf either...I had to go and find the place after the package was dropped off and get my package back as they guessed on the address I gave them Instead if using the one on file.....luckly the home owner wasnt home...but it still looks horrible and not to mentiin looks like Im stealing mail when in fact I paid for it my name was on it an they sent it to the wrong place...btw MY REV LIMITER FOR A V8 WAS 7500 RPM IN THE PROGRAMMER....IF would have ran this JUST ONCE TO RED LINE I WOULD HAVE BEEN OUT AN LS6 MOTOR....NOT TO MENTION IT DIDNT DO WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD EITHER

Excellent service, heavy emphasis on quality. Will do anything they can to make sure your vehicle gets the best tuning options. Love my CTS2!
