Probably the best customer service I've received in a while. I ordered a tuner on eBay from powerteqperformance at a great price. Powerteq reached out to me to let me know that eBay had not updated, but they were actually out of stock for the tuner that I purchased. They offered to send me a new one once they got them in stock again in 3 to 5 days or a full refund.

I explained that I needed it by this weekend for an event that I've had planned, which is why I ordered it a week in advance. Powerteq wasted no time in working with me to come up with an alternate solution that I personally feel was incredibly respectful and accommodating. I never was made to feel like I was an inconvenience or a burden and they jumped through hoops to make sure I was happy. That's what kind of business this is and I highly recommend looking them up for any performance needs you may have.
