VieffeTrade sells articles to different countries which are not legally allowed to be used there. After checking in with my lawyer, this is allowed to do according to EU regulations, but as a consumer you are being mislead since they neither properly tag items that may not be allowed for use in your home country, nor do they advise you during the purchase process.
I asked for a return (and even offered up to purchase another product instead which may be used on home turf), which was dismissed.
Be on the safe side and avoid VieffeTrade.

I bought a Franke heatsink at a very good price: fast and reliable, chapeau!

I purchased a sink from a large tub, a smaller one and a dish drainer about 120 cm long to put two basins instead of the old sink, to insert under the dishwasher; and I must say that only here I found the right size !!! The only thing that is not clear on the site and that they then tell me by email is that this sink does not include an overflow, and the function of the overflow (they say it is mandatory by law) is covered by the basket of the tray + small which therefore does not stop, and does not there is a cap. Excellent material.

Avoid, avoid, avoid! The worst online shopping experience I ever had. When the delivery was already 6 weeks late they said they need another two weeks. Avoid at all cost!

Edit: I actually gave them another chance a few weeks later. This time I ordered a piece of a kitchen hood that they had in stock. The order went smoothly through and the delivery was made just a few days later. Perfect! I guess the problem is with their relationship with their supplier and how they manage expectations. This time, three stars.
