I phoned Anthony on 21 January and asked him to forward me a PayPall invoice for x 2 front shocks worth $999-00. I told him that I needed the shocks urgently. Paid the invoice same day and were informed by PayPall that money were paid over to them.. Haven't received anything from them after 09 days, no sms email confirmation etc. Phoned them on 30 January 2020. Was informed that they haven't done anything because I did not notify them that item were paid for. I was never informed that I had to do this. Who does business like this ?. Spoke to Nathan on 29'th, told him that I needed the shocks urgently. Confimred that he had my email address delivery detail etc. He said that he will sort it out. Phoned Nathan again on 31 January 2020, nothing were done. No item shipped etc. He told me that he managed to confirm the payment. Dont deal with them incompetent bunch. Not helpfull at all. Warm Regards Dirk

No problems with my order. Ali the guy I dealt with provided tracking info and was great with the information he provided. I would buy from them again

Started the process of ordering parts. Supplied all necessary information to the seller and they ultimately decided to ignore me after I made the payment. Stopped sending me replied and I had to start a PayPal dispute. Still haven't received a refund yet. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. I would seriously avoid this mob.

Absolutely abysmal company. The level of ineptitude is immense. These guys sell across numerous different Ebay accounts and do nothing but waste people's time and money. They have shipped me broken parts which were also missing pieces. They have shipped me incorrect parts even after detailing my car from year, to make, to model, to sub model and VIN number. First time, yeah, okay sometimes mistakes happen. Replacement parts were shipped to an old address from 3 years ago! After making a complaint I was informed this address would be removed and was offered compensation. They tried to upsell other parts with a $5 discount for the inconvenience... even though I'm already out $100 in labour for attempted part fitting and fuel to collect incorrectly delivered packages. Then more parts were shipped to the old address! Replacement parts were finally obtained only to find out after more labour cost that these were also supplied incorrectly. Company offers no form of proper compensation for their continued mistakes and my out of pocket cost because of this. Avoid at every opportunity. These people don't deserve your hard earned money. They will take it and spit on you in return.

Bought from united_autoparts on eBay, payment shows to Powertech group. Paid $50 for express shipping, no communication and not shipped after 3 days. Asked for refund and no reply. Under no circumstances use these guys.
