I visited David James Salon & Day Spa to have my daughters makeup done. She's modeling in her schools fashion show. Darlene did her makeup, and she was the best. She was very welcoming and friendly. She made my daughter very comfortable during the makeup application. Tara was also a sweetheart, very courteous and professional. The atmosphere was very welcoming as well. We will definitely be going back again.
I really hate to write negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience. Went in with a groupon for a haircut that wasn't honored. Paid full price and got a terrible chop of a cut. The lady who washed my hair and the one who cut my hair barely said a word to me the whole time. It wasn't a friendly place that's for sure. Now I use Antonios on Flatbush or Salon Elite on Avenue U.
What better place to go to in my own neighborhood! Everything I want: manicure, pedicure, massages, skin care, and haircare. Thank you !
This salon is overpriced and has very poor customer service. Don't go there.
