If I could give extra stars I would. Everyone there does a great job thank you for what you are doing and some of these other reviews are hilarious. If these people had any sense they wouldn t be complaining you guys are the best. I bet if you could look at their history they are either complaining because they got shut off or they re not real people. Don t sweat the haters they won t make it very long.
PS: Try getting a bucket walking down to the lake getting some water boiling it then complain. You people need to get over your first world problems.

I just had to get on here to write a review on what a good job and how friendly and professional the guys are at the water company. I can t imagine the other two people that wrote bad reviews got the right water company or they re just degenerates.

The bill comes as a 3 x 5 postcard and is white and always gets mixed inWith the junk mail. I suggested that either they put it in an envelope or change the card stock to a neon color so that it doesn t get overlooked. Their reply was we ve always done it this way and we re not just changing for you. Also, anytime I have called asking if they are doing repairs in my neighborhood they become very defensive and then say we ve called everybody in that neighborhood before we started I believe lessons in good customer service would go along way at this office

Way over priced don't get the bill till it is due and my water bill is half the price as my electric

I would like to give the gentleman in the office five stars for his patience and diligence with dealing with the public on the matter of not excepting payments over the phone very helpful.I also would like to give the rest of humanity a low rating because I witnessed More than one person whining about this are we all really that helpless to figure out things on our own just because you don t like it doesn t give you the right to act like a child and yell and scream shame on all of you.

They have the best employees nothing but a good experience.

They guy working answering the phone is rude, arrogant, and lazy. Understand why he's middle aged and answers phone for a living, but should be more professional.

Thanks for providing all of us with safe drinking water during these hard times. Water food and shelter are the 3 most important things and I can get water in my shelter thanks to all of your hard work and Dedication to your job bless all of you.

Try asking any kinds of questions and you get nothing but rudeness. Guy who answers the phone is very unprofessional. Acts like he doesn't give a damn about you. Tells you he can't be wasting time on the phone with a new customers.

Some of the rudest guys I've ever met. If I had a choice to go with another, I would. They almost never apply cash payments so I'll get these shut off notices a few days later. And also very inconsiderate and won't wait 1 week for pay day to let you make a payment. Said, "If you're on the shut off list, you get shut off, regardless!" What the hell? How inconsiderate and rude. They have a lot to learn about customer service. You can't wait 1 week ? Make someone go and ask for help for this? Very inconsiderate! I wish I had a choice!!!! HORRIBLE!!

If I could give a negative star I would. The most rude and disrespectful people answering the phone. Customers are the reason you have a good, so a little respect would be nice. To answer a phone with an attitude and be short with someone is just wrong. I been paying for water to this company for almost three years and it s always the same thing every month when I call. Now they have online payments (THANK GOD), which I just found out about when I called to make a payment. I made sure to tell the rude guy on the phone that I was glad because he has no customer service skills and is extremely rude. Can t wait to move from Taney county in a few months and not have to deal with this overpriced and rude company any more.
