I'm a quality QSA Engineer they sent my to Tulsa OK on my second day of start. Stayed at the Marriott and I asked front desk for salt. Hr said that I took a salt shaker when it was in the hotel room and the terminated because of a salt shaker. They said Louis was looking for a good engineer for 2 years and I have over 27 years of experience. OVER A SALT SHAKER!

I worked there almost for a year I hurt my back and now for some reason they can accommodate me for work on my second shift they do not care about their employees these people are very heartless even with my back hurt at work I was still going to work and after all that they will not take responsibilities of me getting hurt there I'm still going through this till this day I would not recommend no one to work for this company
This place is amazing to work here, good pay,the most nicest people on the planet, and good hours with nice easy pace instead of fast moving pace that makes you struggle, great opportunity here.
If I could give a negative star I would. If you want to work for a company that does not care about their employees this is the place to go. The management team at 3pi in Darien Wisconsin has no idea how to run company and how to talk to the people that work hard for the company.th
This is a dead end job with no chance to grow with the company. . The main people need to take a good look at this company and ask why people are quitting and talk to other employees. I would never recommend this company. The people in charge sucks I worked for this company and I can't believe how they treated their people. I worked for the trent's when they had it and the employees were treated better. This is Doug Peters
Engines puke oil into the air intake which eliminates purpose of buying them for being clean and CARB certified, trucks are constantly out of service because gaskets don't seal properly and coolant gets in the oil sump, company rushes every step of the way and blames low level workers for their shortcomings.
Overall poor quality products and management corrupt to the core. If you think otherwise consider how their stock was delisted from the NASDAQ in 2017 because they lied to investors and SEC about their losses. Lying and failure to deliver as promised is standard operating procedure for PSI
They would not give you no unemployment but I work for them as a machinist they don't treat they machinist correctly they don't check the engines block that's why we lost our contract because we have machinist that's not certified and capable of doing the job, their top three machinist quit so now they just going by old things they know but that company will not make it much longer good riddance
Work for this company for about 4 years, and on January 5th of 2016 i received a called that i will no longer work for them. In a past meeting the Human Resources in this company said that if you get terminated you have the right to ask in why you got terminated. I brought this up to the person in who told me i believed her name was Kimberly Stewart, in why i got fired and she simply replied "that was upper management decision" so i ask her can i talk to them she said they are currently busy at the time, load of crap. this company treats its workers poorly, the company was going great not after this John lubby looby (how ever you spell it) new floor manager took control. Favoritism is involve, a few people still working there who i believe are doing poorly compare to my effort for that company.
To fellow people who is looking for jobs around the woodale area, dont go to this place, your stay in this job or even get hire mere a false promises the company says in order for you to apply, i was a temp for 2 years getting paid 8.50/ hour. look else where, better jobs with better pay are out there
Terrible place to work at they dont care about their employees they would make us over work just so they can get the extra money for extra engines for the day at one point we were 2 months ahead of work they ended up getting rid of the whole second shift to save money since they were already ahead of work
Came here many time on business over the Years, great helpful team with the quickest engineering turn round of new parts through their supply base I have ever seen.
