If I could give a negative star I would. If you want to work for a company that does not care about their employees this is the place to go. The management team at 3pi in Darien Wisconsin has no idea how to run company and how to talk to the people that work hard for the company.th

This is a dead end job with no chance to grow with the company. .
The main people need to take a good look at this company and ask why people are quitting and talk to other employees. I would never recommend this company. The people in charge sucks I worked for this company and I can't believe how they treated their people. I worked for the trent's when they had it and the employees were treated better.
