For TRUCKERS. Very bad, very small and there is no way to back up to the door without pass on ground . Some Workers and hall manager not nice

I tried to call (4) times in the past hour about a week ago on a Wednesday. It is the month of March so there are no federal or national holidays. I chose the options for the operator twice and the sales department twice. All (4) times PDI sent me to voicemail. No live people picking up the phone. I called between 9-10AM EST, and they are located in Richmond which is EST.

I currently work here, so I may be biased. Be aware that there are two PDI facilities, known as the West and East end respectively. This location is the West location. Because I was a bit confused on how to navigate around, I will leave a review that may help someone else in the future. If you need to visit the engineering departments, you will need to turn left after Oakley Ct ends. The entrance is at the corner of the building on the further left. By the main entrance, there are a few Visitors parking spots. If you are trying to check in with the financial team, it will be the building facing straight down from Oakley Ct. Other than that, the receptionist is very friendly and we have a very nice team of people.
