I was born here I shall return soon and discover my origin of life

In 2011 I had spine surgery there , The worst time of my life , The Doctor and hospital used me in part of their fraud against my insurance company and used hardware in my spine which had to be removed because the material was not Surgical grade metal to this day I still suffer from pain. I'm broke because of this Hospital

I came in the emergency room only to wait for 6hrs+ and have only my vitals taken. Apparently they only have 1 doctor working with a million nurses. Do NOT go here if you have an emergency! You're better off going anywhere else. In urgent pain I was forced to leave without being seen after 7hrs.
