Best dispatch program for hvac and we have tried many they have great workers

Payzer has a poor customer service, their new platform International Global Pay is kind of scam, i had paid BTC to activate mastercard but they cheated me , neither they given me any card or refund by BTC and instead they refunded the whole money on IGP wallet , which was of no use .... no body bothers to take ownership including CEO, president etc . I had written several mails to all key members and support team .. but it seems they all are part of this scam. don t fall for payzer or International Global Pay... Thanks

We have been with Payzer a few months now and have had a great experience. Our rep made the sign up process very simple and took the time to show us how to use all of the features available to us. The system is user-friendly which saves time in day to day operations.

Our staff uses Payzerware everyday! We enjoy all of the organizational and reporting specifics! Our dispatcher enjoys all of the appointment window functions and timeline organization! Customer support has always been quick to respond and listen to any concerns or adjustments we wanted to make! We are very happy customers!

We switched over to Payzerware in October of this year. It has been a game changer for us. This is such a robust program that we have been able to eliminate other services/programs. It has allowed us to streamline our process and run much more efficiently. Our people have found the mobile app to be user friendly and easily learned. Like any start up, we had some minor issues during our transition. These guys believe in customer support. Their people are knowledgeable in their product and able to clearly communicate with you to resolve your issues quickly and efficiently. If you are in a position looking for a true service software to streamline you business, you owe it to yourself to check out Payzerware.

This review is actually more toward the excellent customer service I have received from Casey L. of Payzer. It is very hard to find people who genuinely extend such excellent service and Casey is by far one of them! His attention to detail and his follow-up is impeccable. Thank you Casey, it was a pleasure to work with you.

Payzer services are very poor, they dont take ownership and do miss communication with clients . I lost 1 bitcoin ( $ 9536 US ) because of that. Neither International GLobal Pay nor Payzer is taking any ownership of their products and supports . They should respect their customers time and money.. Dont become bitcoin fraud company like Business Global Pay or Insta Global Pay. Thanks

We have been very pleased with the onboarding of Payzer services, the results, and the customer service follow up.
