The place very nice & beautiful.All the staff was helpful & friendly.

Came here for dinner with my friend. The waitress spilt a whole glass of red wine on me. She didn t apologize or even offer us a glass of wine back. And when we talked to her, she tried to blame it to my friend. Worst ever experience in Singapore!! Would not suggest anyone to come for this kind of services!!

Bloody expensive and tastes just alright. Perhaps the ambiance is good but overall not worth the price. Ordered a jug of watermelon drink and a burger each (WITHOUT FRIES) among my friends. Had to pay more than 30 dollars per person. The burger is bloody small as well.

I have not felt the culture of Singapore until i arrived here. Excellent service, gorgeous food and cocktails.

Good looking place but rooftop is only smokers friendly as there is no no-smoking area. Ac too cold inside, long service and small burgers. At least they were good, that is why I do not give a 1 star rating.

Food is amazing and service is very prompt. Will surely order again. Thank you!

Bare Roots Cola: 1 star. All I wanted was a Coke with my burger. Instead I had to cough up a handful and then some dollars for some concoction which was bubbly and vaguely sweet but beyond that bore no resemblance to the original.
The Ginger Ninja: 1 star. Pieces of ginger in soda water.

Ambience: The walls in the restaurant are adorned with beautiful paintings that are inspired by Enid Blyton characters.
Food: The food was expensive and the portions, small and with no sides. Sides have to be ordered separately. The homemade sauces did not taste particularly appetising. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful
Overall: It was the food that counts and that was disappointing for the price.

A fun, 3 level beast of a bar which always seems to be bustling. The burger bar is good (though not one of the best burgers in SG) while the rooftop is a nice setting for a casual drink. I didn't try the bar on level 3, but the decor looks like fun. Ultimately, a fun place for a casual drink, but probably not someplace you'd go for business entertaining.

If you visit singapore, maybe take a break from shopping or business and eat some great burgers.

Good hangout spot nice vibes, centrally located. The burgers/sliders here are quite good. Drinks are ok / average decent beer selection but cocktails are generally too sweet or watered down.

It s been tough to find a good place serving juicy and fully flavoured burgers in Singapore. Potato head burger experience is great. However the rooftop on weekend night is extremely crowded, week night was a much better experience

Best burgers in town! I still prefer the original establishment in Bali, but it is still a nice place to hang out. The service could be better though.

Came for a friend's birthday. The seating arrangements were a little odd as we shared the large table in the middle with another group. The food was good. I had rice whilst most had burgers but a very small number of fries. Top tip - order the truffle fries in addition ! Good night out.

For my love of burgers, my wife recommended me to this place after her first visit with her company. First impression was great. Love the detailed art work of butterflies and birds all around the restaurant. While anticipating for our orders, we were informed that the staff forgotten to key in our orders and only found out 30mins later. The staff was apologetic and the manager managed well in recovering the situation. I decided to stay on to try the burger and the wait was paid off by with one of the tastiest burger I tried in Singapore, still not good enough to topple my number burger I tried overseas.

Hipsters burger destination. Funky and cool but the burger we had was not great. It was tasteless

Great place to eat and drink - definitely recommended; the burgers are simply incredible. Such a selection as well. Great deal on at the moment where you get a couple of plates of chips with every bucket of beer from Tuesday to Friday.

Nice place to chill and their burger is juicy delicious... staff were nice and friendy also very attentive, only thing is have to make reservation early at least 1 week advance (specially on weekend). We did not manage to make reservation as is already full even 3 days before so we tried walk in and there is a long waiting list (for indoor) but if you don't mind outdoor which is roof top is also a different exprience with live DJ there is bar with high & low table. O ya and need to climb the stairs .

first time customer! kind and patient staff serving us! loved the food because the burger and hot dog was juicy. slight note is that the beef chilli sauce was still bit cold but overall was a nice dinner there.

More of a 3.5. It is good, but not great, I was looking forward to this, but there are other little roof bars that top my list over this one.

The overall meal was an okay experience. The burger had a unique taste, but not necessarily one I would come back for.

Great burger place. There's even a burger dedicated to 2pak Shakur. I liked the ambience and decorations with characters from childhood, like Pinocchio.

3 floors, first floor for limited outdoor seats and for smokers. second floor is diner, with paintings and posters on the wall. went for lunch, brunch is available till 4pm. burgers and hot dogs are nice. love the dip for tater tots.

We thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks from this place. The burger was tasty and fresh, with a lot of different interesting options, the sides were great (especially the fries!), and the drinks were lovely! Would recommend!

Nice location with cool rooftop. The burgers and cocktails are great. Very nice service, especially a host that we met at the main door named Galya(if I m not wrong), who made an impression as high qualified, patient and very live person. Kind and positive environment kept us for whole night. Will definitely come back again, not even once!!!

Nice decoration. But the burger is very greasy. Half of the secret garden salad is pink pickles (not sure what it is made of) which I'm not a fan of.

Burger is good but overpriced. You can get the same type of burgers in Jakarta for almost half the price. Best place to chill at PHF is on third floor whisky/cocktail area.

Love this place, order your burger downstairs then go up to the restaurant. I recommend the impossible burger it s delicious and their most popular one. Then go upstairs to the rooftop bar, it has a great view of the skyline and a very nice vibe.

Food and drinks great but just another example of insane Singapore service. Wouldn't let us eat inside without reservation so sweated it out with the kids on rooftop only to walk back through on the way out to see restaurant deserted. Who trains these moronic maitre d's in service.
