The room was fine, the beach access is the best! But just know, the water in the shower is just barely a trickle. Also, we were told we'd get 2 beach chairs with a room rental but they don't have enough for each room. So, we were out of luck. If you want a chair on the beach, be out there at 9am! Or, bring your own.

It was all about the beach! We booked this hotel because of the direct access to the beach and that is what we got.
Masks, screens, a lack of room maid service due to COVID, and a few bumps with the building systems could not dampen our wonderful memories made while guests of the hotel.
The staff worked very hard and always had a smile when attending to our issues.

Went for a girls trip and had so much fun! Rooms are super cute and there s a great coffee shop in the lobby too! The views are amazing and the pool was so fun. The front desk team really made this experience amazing! Lance and Selena made sure to make our stay extra special! Will definitely come back.

Okay we have to talk about Marilyn by the pool. She is AMAZING. So down to earth and friendly and just so helpful. Jenna was also wonderful. Towels have been available every day, no issue with rude staff. Reading the reviews I was hesitant but we have loved it here. Room was clean, hotel was busy but no drinks stumbling around; and if there had been it still wouldn t have changed my review. We brought my elderly in laws and our three year old and all enjoyed it.

Photos and descriptions on the website did not match reality. This is a party spot, not in the least relaxing and very noisy. I would never have known that from the website description, of course. The common areas are dirty, saw one dead and one live roach in the areas where food is served. The outside common areas are in need of maintenance, and there was a lot of trash around from the night before...beer cans and bottles, etc. Sink and tub didn t drain and two nights there was no hot water...lukewarm at best. One positive note is that the beds were comfortable and the restaurant staff was friendly and competent.

We really enjoyed our stay the the Postcard Inn while all of our family was in town to celebrate our wedding! We spend a lot of time in the courtyard which was nice and peaceful. It's also awesome to be so accessible to the beach! Cleaning could have used to been a bit more thorough and the service at the front desk was not the friendliness at times. All in all, we had a great stay as we made the best of it!

Beaches are pretty. Cabana rentals and a beer cart on the beach a plus. Hotel is easy to get around. Breakfast at the bar in the morning is a BIG plus. Service was great.
The room is clean, but be careful on the floor barefooted, very slippery. We put the pool towels down to walk on. Party atmosphere, I wouldn't consider it as family friendly hotel. We would stay again.

This place has a great location, a beautiful beach, nostalgia, friendly staff, but the room we has was in rough shape, well at least the bathroom.

The property was in great shape and the grounds were beautiful.

If you have read other reviews, they are true. The bar area and hotel in general seems to be a spring break party house. We as well could not get to the bar or really feel comfortable around the bar. It was packed with more than 30 people with several people smoking. So we stayed away.

Our room faced an alley on the ground level which did not make us feel super comfortable at night.

We had no issues, so if you are looking for affordable with location this would be a spot to go. We personally would not come back because it ended up being not our style.

However, if your looking to meet people, have fun and go wild. Stay here!

Let me start by saying you are paying for the location when you book here. The proximity to the beach, plus within walking distance to local bars and restaurants is excellent. The room itself was clean..though it did look a bit like a tired remodeled motel. The staff was friendly enough and we were able to find everything we needed. A little disappointed that no maid service during the stay and our room was not ready upon check-in but that is sadly these covid times and you just learn to deal with that.
This is 100 percent a party hotel so I will warn you: IF YOU ARE A LIGHT SLEEPER, DO NOT STAY HERE... look elsewhere for rest and a peaceful night's sleep. The main problem we had was that our room had a am adjoining door between the neighboring room and we heard literally EVERYTHING that happened in that room. ALL NIGHT LONG. I mean, good for them, right? Helpful tip, stuff some extra pool towels under the door crack if you're in this situation which we finally did around 5 am on our second sleepless night. Compound that with the noises from the drunken cacklers in the courtyard below and it gets really annoying and wishing you had just stayed home instead rather than paying $$$$$$$ to stay at this place.

The hotel is super in terms of design. The decorators have put a lot of effort into details and yet the whole thing is not overloaded and cluttered. However, you can forget about the staff. The service orientation is not worth mentioning and not worthy of the house and ambience. But you go there for the sunset at the PCI bar ...

Therefore: NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILIES, as there is a party every night ;-)
