The employees of KMB are all very friendly and have welcomed me into the business. For the most part, the employees worked for the company for a long period of time showing a high level of staff retention.

To either buy from, or work for. They are cold calling sales people, who only care about their profit. No regard for customers or in fact, their employees. No phones allowed in building, no breaks and half hour unpaid lunch. They have management, who aren't fully adiquate. They also have a bullying tactic, which they use to control employees, to make them afraid, of losing their jobs.
They have since taken on home insurance, purely as a money making venture for the managing director and have no prior experience in this field. Purely for financial gains.
Very mediocre company, that are not what they claim they are. Very amuture, they probably don't have a HR!
