My father was a blood cancer patient...we have taken nursing aide services from portea medicals..we are very much satisfied with their services...their coordination and way of caring my father was very nice...I thank portea...I will refer others also for taking the services from portea...

Took doctor service few days back.... It was really a good experience

I have had my diagnostics done .This is inclusive of fasting and post lunch to check sugar levels .
I did not get the post lunch report.
But two report were done for fasting.
One report said 104 and another 200.Same blood and same sample
When I called the CS team they were very indifferent

Portea as a Medical Services Company, can easily be shaped into a facility akin to what Urban Clap is to Facilities Management & Services provided to Homes. However, Portea is badly managed. In the area of Blood Tests, it has failed miserably; even as I gave them several chances to improve and make a change for the better. The collection of Blood sample was a fiasco the first two times and the selection of Labs is pathetic. On 8th June for the 3rd time, I gave them the opportunity being a Bangalore based Company. The Lab Report for the blood sample collected did not render what was promised. Also, the Lab concerned "Diagno Labs" provided the Lab Report without clearly mentioned Tabulated results under each category such as Liver Function Test, Kidney Function Test, etc. It was a a big jumble of recording of Results. As a result, one has to hunt through pages to look for a desired result. Not systematic at all.

We engaged a medical nurse for my terminally ill mother....bad bedside manner and unprofessional behaviour showed by the nurse who was contracted for a week to look after my mother. When my mum breathed her last, she took her bag and walked out in a very rude and business like manner with no consideration or respect towards my mother who had just passed and to us grieving family! I will not recommend this company for terminally ill patients, no personal touch or feelings whatsoever!

I took physiotherapy services after my surgery. When I went to meet my doctor after that he was shocked to see the condition of my leg and commented that the physiotherapist doesn't have the basic education and understanding. Really horrible service. Totally unreliable.

I used to work as physiotherapist for 1 year with portea.... it's the worst company to work with... neither they care about their employees nor they care about their patients... when I left the company even after completing the 3 months of waiting period... these buggers didn't pay my last month's salary..... nor did they give my EPF money....
These people of portea doesn't care about anything else other than money...
when I used to work... they used to keep asking me that... weather treatment done or not... take money first... take money in advance.... they used to tell don't give the treatment for too long within 45min finish and leave...
I mean different conditions requires different treatment and all treatments can't be completed within 45min...
please don't take there service... go to hospital and clinics... I know traveling is pain in the ass... but still don't risk your health.... someone should sue this company... and now I have seen the quality of physiotherapist is horrible... these bugger don't even know the basics... so please don't take there service.... health is wealth....

I took a physiotherapy session for my wife from Portea. The therapist Mrs Neha Sharma who had attended was very good and knowledgeable. My wife is feeling much better now. She had also advised to do some exercises which has helped in pain-relief. Thank you Neha and Portea for the support. Only negative I felt was the cost of the therapy from Portea which is expensive compared to other vendors in the market for which I had to reduce 1 star in the total rating.

Availed oxygen concentrator, other medical equipments, 2 person- 12hr nursing service (claimed to be ICU trained) for home care of my wife affected with stroke. Claimed to be ICU trained nurses.. Not reliable nurses as nurses gets changed.. Only few trained nurses.. Pathetic nursing care.. Crossed 5 weeks of care. Never go with portea for critical patient care. Oxygen concentrator stopped working abruptly . Frustrated with nursing and oxygen concentrator issues..
No immediate attention after complaints.. Hopefully senior management sees all this to resolve and correct this..
Thumb rule.. Pathetic nursing support, medical equipment service.

horrible and pathetic customer service. i have already made 3-4 calls to their customer services, still no response from their end or an appointment with pysiotherapist

They know some unethical business only.My mother required CPAP mask and machine. Since it is bit costly, we thought to give it try for 1 month before buying it. So we took CPAP mask and machine for rent for 5k with 10k deposit. As mother got some good response with that mask and machine, and we had to purchase it ASAP, we opted to buy the machine from Portea(we v paid almost 70000 bucks to purchase it) and returned that mask and machine which we took for rent. Now they are showing utter negligence and are least bothered refund back that security deposit amount( 10000 ). And its almost 20days. The "so called" manager "Abhinav" every time is giving lame excuses.Hell with this Portea Medical.

Lab test results were not correct even if you show them with other Lab test report they don't agree that there are wrong.
Don't ever choose these guys for Lab test.

Worst ever services I have come across... the charges are exorbitant but it is run very unprofessionally... present a Rosy picture when availing services but it's Services are pathetic...every problem has got a standard reply

My mom had a frozen shoulder and took physiotherapy sessions from Portea for two weeks. She found it really convenient to have an expert physio visit her at home. She felt better after 5 sessions & is continuing to do the exercises herself. Liked the overall experience with Portea.

Though they say they have experienced doctors, it is not true. We cannot rely on their diagnosis . The doctor who came was discussing about the prescription with some other Doctor.....

Nice one.. one can opt for the services from Portea.

I was fortunate that I was allotted Physiotherapist Rahul Debnath. It's one thing to be highly qualified with degrees and diplomas. Treating patients is a whole different thing and he is excellent at both. I booked 10 sessions and he ensured I stay optimistic. I think that was half of the recovery done.

Medicines are available but the shopkeepers are rude.

Took diagnostic service and phelbo reached on time. Moreover I got the results on the same day. Thank You Portea. Will recommend to everyone to take the service.

This very worst service. Don't trust these guys. I have booked service but no one turned back. When I had contacted them via chat, they are telling job was not assigned to anyone and he disconnected call. Not worth for single star.

Very unreliable. Within 5 days of availing a trained attendant service the male nurse disappears. And their management is not acting fast. The intermediate guys are frustrated themselves with the management. Overall protea seems to be falling big time

Very bad in communications and customer service is really bad. I wanted to get home nursing service but never got any response from the team. i did hire the Fowler bed but deposited amount for the same has not been refunded back till now. and the customer service executive who i am in touch with does not respond at all. i even had to request so many times to get the invoice for the payment i made but repeated requests have been unanswered.
Please please get proper confirmation from these guys before you even hire anything or looking for any services from them.....

They are cheaters. Recently they started a project for calling Covid patients from home. They are not willing to place any agreement with the employees and when asked about the payment released they told that it will be done after one month. They refuse to give the same in writing. They are cheaters be ware JOb seakers.

Portea is a bunch of highly unprofessional guys who solicit clients by providing false promises.
Background:
I was at the receiving end of services. The advertisement on smokers test was false in nature. All they provide is a lab report with technical terms that a common man cannot interpret.
The concerned representatives do not care for clients and don t hear them out.
Upon research, it is found that these reports are available in the open market for less than the price quoted by Portea.
Portea, though they advertise themselves as a service provider, in essence; they re just a bunch of incapable middlemen who extort money and provide senseless reports though path labs. Please do not fall prey for their gimmicks.

I hope Portea's pathetic management looks at the history of the level of care provided to the patient with ID POR125076. Extremely pathetic service by incompetent staff, one of whom clearly told us that she will not be coming from the next day since she found the patient 'difficult to manage'. Excuse me, but isn't this company's staff trained for such situations? This patient was my mother. She ultimately passed away on the 17th of November. Despite bringing this to Portea's notice on the 19th of November they haven't paid me the balance amount for the unavailed services till date i.e. 4th December. This despite they promising me that the amount would be refunded by cheque within 10 working days. Shame on you Portea. You make tall promises in front page advertisements and then not only you render abysmal services but refuse to give back people' money back to them. What kind of Ponzi scheme are you running?

I got my bloodwork done at Portea.

The whole process was smooth and professional. My appointment was booked for 12 noon and the person came by 11:55am. They sanitized themselves and all the equipment was new and sealed. The blood draw was painless and fast. The whole process lasted just 5 mins. The next morning I received all my bloodwork via email.

This is the most convenient and high quality experience of blood diagnostics I ve had. Highly recommend to anybody and everybody! I will never visit a clinic for this again.

Pathetic management of staff, I am availing their services for last 2-3 wks for my father who is critically ill and paralysed, all through this period they have changed 4-5 staff, every 2-3 days their staff goes on leave, one of their staff stole my fathers mobile phone from my house, which they later recovered and returned minus the sim cards & data card.

They claim to be a professional company but seems their management is not keeping a track of ground reality. You cannot rely on them if your patient needs good attention.

Pathetic service and rude specially, named Savitha and Sowmya, uneducated brutes, extremely brainless and liars.
My area has no network I had given landline number. no-one turned up for sample collection and two old people remained fasting and we cannot connect with them before 8am so we were stuck. Later the phlebotomist said he called and didnt connect so didnt come, which is another hilarity of utmost level as there is sometging called adress to reach a place not phone number.
Also they dont provide the person's name to call back. Pls choose for any service but them or be aware to deal with such things. Also Sowmya is very well trained to cut off call on customers face when complaining.

Portea is becoming too busy now back about 1year plus i had a lab service done for my mom as she cannot travel to labs due to health issues thw service was good BUT NOW AS ON DATE 2018 "PORTEA " is gone busy so busy that my dads and moms and brothers appt was for for lab tests CBC was for today 25/6/2018 at 8.20 and till 9.45 they were fasti g till now and when i called custcare desk spoke saying on the road id something goes wrong wth the technicians vehixl its unseen right mam so its not a mistake from our end HAAAA GOOD PORTEA TEAM KEEP IT UP here 79 year old my mom , dad fasting and this explanations .

Sorry, but I was not satisfied with their services. I could get more relief from neck cervical pain by exercising for two days in the park rather than I paid 4200/- for 7 days package. I don't recommend.

Gave lab test sitting @ Home.. No more waiting in Q and results got delivered to my email box.. All done on a click of button.. I am going to reuse.

Absolutely not happy and beware! I have taken Nurse & Attendant service from Portea earlier for my mom and it was pretty decent. But unfortunately this time for similar services I feel to be cheated. The chosen attendant arrived on Tuesday night last week and even before understanding the quality of any of her service , the facilitator continuously probed to make the 5 days payments in advance. While I did that the next morning, I found that the attendant has no training, no skills and not even the minimum caring attitude that her profession demands. She kept on sleeping through the night, through the day, with the patient continuously crying for help to which she turned a deaf ear. Over the night my mom with her broken shoulder and knee pain dragged herself to the toilet alone and finally spent the night fizzing on the floor unable to get up on the bed. I immediately asked for the return of the attendant after 2 days and asked for the money back and a replacement but portea is complete silent about it, paying no heed to my helpless situation. I would alert everybody to be extra cautious before availing any service from portea. They are just some money sucking machines with premium priced services without any compassion.

Horrible service, I explained to the customer service team that I need physiotherapist after 7 in the evening as I am back home from work by then. Was told that i could talk to the physio and get it sorted but the physio came and informed no lady physio works after 7. I am in so much pain, wasted my time and effort getting this sorted.

Terrible. Booked the appointment between 6:30am to 7am. The representative for blood collection arrives at 8am and not a word of sorry. Curtly Says, do you want me to collect the sample or not. Between all this, helpdesk opens only at 8am. Will you TRUST their blood report after this? Byebye forever Portea.

The Physiotherapy service has been very unsatisfactory and highly unprofessional. The physiotherapist was very late the first day. She did not turn up on the next appointment. She took advance payment when she visited next but did not turn up again for the next appointment. Neither did she call to inform that she was not coming nor did she answer her mobile initially. Finally when she answered the call, she lied that the patient was not at home!!!!!

How can a bed-ridden patient with extreme pain of slip disc disappear for her own treatment and that too after paying advance and not informing the service provider??????!!!!!!!!!!!

This unprofessional service has caused me extreme mental trauma besides the lumbar pain!

DO NOT GO WITH PORTEA. I had really very bad experiences. This company has very weird policy of rentals. They collect the rental and security deposit upfront (which is fine) but while refunding our oown money of security deposit they take their own sweet time of 7 to 10 days which unreasonable.I had taken breast pump on rental basis which did not work at all and there was no proper explanation of How to use the pump. This was complete waste of money. I raised my concern but no one bothered to follow up and close the issue. Worst company, I don't recommend to any one.

Very very bad client service and pathetic experience . Have been trying to reach the HR of Portea from 2weeks but no response.. Everytime you call it gets connected to an irrelevant department and have been kept on hold for long and later the call is disconnected. After calling infinite times no one receives the call. Sent multiple emails and chasers but no one has acknowledged that email yet. Need to improve on client service and no professionalism

This company is filled with frauds.
I rented medical equipment from them and the delivery was prompt and they were quick to collect the money. So far so good.

But I had to return within the same day as my family member passed away. So they informed me that they will pick up the items and I would have to pay for the shipping costs only. I had paid 16K for the equipment. They asked me for NEFT details and said the refund would happen in a few hours. Its been 18 days now. Despite multiple follow ups from them there is no response. Their executive Srikanth even blocked my number.

Imagine being such a big company (the biggest medical suppliers in india, from their site) and they want to steal 16,000 from people who just lost a family member.

DO NOT BUY/RENT anything from Portea. PATHETIC COMPANY.

Edit: since someone has replied to call the customer care, I have already called that number 8 times but there has been no resolution.

Very good service samples collected on time and reports share by end of the day....

The Portea phlebotomist arrived just on scheduled time, he was very efficient in collecting sample. I received all the reports also in my e-mail ID within 24 hours.
