Very bad in communications and customer service is...

Very bad in communications and customer service is really bad. I wanted to get home nursing service but never got any response from the team. i did hire the Fowler bed but deposited amount for the same has not been refunded back till now. and the customer service executive who i am in touch with does not respond at all. i even had to request so many times to get the invoice for the payment i made but repeated requests have been unanswered.
Please please get proper confirmation from these guys before you even hire anything or looking for any services from them.....
