DO NOT GO WITH PORTEA. I had really very bad experiences. This company has very weird policy of rentals. They collect the rental and security deposit upfront (which is fine) but while refunding our oown money of security deposit they take their own sweet time of 7 to 10 days which unreasonable.I had taken breast pump on rental basis which did not work at all and there was no proper explanation of How to use the pump. This was complete waste of money. I raised my concern but no one bothered to follow up and close the issue. Worst company, I don't recommend to any one.
