Port City Brewing Company Review

As Port City customers for the past 5+ years, we decided to check out during COVID times. We were so impressed with the organization, emphasis on a safe environment to enjoy a drink, and the overall professionalism of the staff. Port City required us to make a reservation for a 90 minute block and we had an entire table outside to ourselves for up to 6 guests. We were able to order their delicious beer on a phone app and a kind server quickly delivered beers to our table. We were also able to pay for our tab on our phone, which cut down on the interaction with the servers significantly. All the customers we saw followed the rules of putting on a mask anytime you left your assigned table. Considering all the challenges, we were impressed with the Port City crew and would visit again, even in a global pandemic.

Great beer!! Had a sampler of beer, then a Colossal 8. Perfect! Fun trivia experience, too.

The staff were lovely and very serious about social distancing.

Overall this place is really fun, chill and relaxing. I love food, especially the drinks they serve. Good customer service and also a classic arcade games.
This spot is like a gem, be sure to visit these places.

Stopped at Port City the other night to pick up my DIY pizza kit as part of a partnership event with Pizzeria Paradiso. I love these events during COVID-19 to support community small businesses, while staying safe. I admit I didn't spend anytime in Port City brewery because I was just picking up my pizza kit using their curbside pickup; however, I had a few minutes during the process to observe the patio and interior from the comfort of my vehicle. They have a large outdoor patio with picnic table style setup. The interior looks very modern and open. Everything appeared very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. They are wearing masks and practicing good hygiene and social distancing. I also ordered a six pack of the Port City Porter and Tidings holiday ale. Both were delicious. I really enjoy their porter. The holiday ale is good; especially if you like a holiday ale that tastes hoppy. I would definitely come back to the brewery and participate in future events....Paradiso pizza is awesome too! Thank you all. :-)

Great brewery on par with some of the best I've been to. Cool location, great selection, parking is terrible on busy days, but well worth the trip.

By far the best brewery in the area. Usually fairly crowded on the weekends. The optimal wit and the porter are my favorites.

Great beer, great atmosphere, free tours of the production floor too. Parking could get tight during events, but they usually partner with Lyft and send out discount codes (which is awesome!)

Nice micro brew with good tasting beer. Parking can be hard to find, but based on the popularity alone you can tell there is something special about the beer. Enjoy !

This is a brewery I will revisit anytime I m in town. Corey have some great insights on what to check out in town. They had a good pairing going on but i did not partake. Looked like a lot of fun

Recently expanded tasting room means shorter waits for tastings ... and now full pint pours! Look for food trucks outside Wednesday & Friday evenings. Brewery tour ranges from good to great depending on which staff member gives it, but is always informative and entertaining.

Very crowded today. Live band. Firepit outside kept it cozy. Bar tenders kept the brew flowing fast with good service. Beer delicious. Going there again

Closes at 10pm on the weekends even if crowded with people. They yelled at us to leave right then even when trying to finish a beer.

Staff is very welcoming and they make a great selection of beer.

Great atmosphere and the food trucks are pretty great as well .... We come here on a regular basis and normally get their optimal wit or seasonal beers like their current Tidings! A MUST visit
