Porsche Centrum Gelderland Review

Very poor service when collecting a new car! It's a shame you expect when you pick up a Porsche a little more atmosphere and customer friendliness! Girl didn't even know our name, couldn't find salesperson 1 ...

Especially when an appointment has been made. No communication or consultation.
Had to indicate that we had already been waiting for 30 minutes, then occupational therapy, 20 minutes later seller 1 came by, who was alternated by number 2, number 3 tried to repair something, really a shame!
"Gift" for adolescent daughter turned out to be a porsche calendar .. well then you understand your target audience (not!).

All in all a shame could have been a warm customer-friendly experience, picking up your new car!
More attention was paid to potential customers with a test drive! But don't make a pick-up appointment on Saturday!

An hour later, on the other hand, at BMW dealer & #carnext very cordial, personal and warm delivery, a world of difference!

We were really excited about the visit to the Porsche Center Gelderland. Very friendly welcome, also with coffee and cold drinks. Large selection of all current and exclusive used Porsche models that were superbly presented. The nice and competent advice on the vehicles left no questions unanswered. The absolute highlight for us was the extremely large selection of perfectly prepared Porsche classics.

After three purchases we return to this dealer. Very bad after sales. You will be kindly assisted during the sale. However, as indicated, the service leaves much to be desired afterwards.

In the past we have had problems making maintenance appointments. It was then indicated to have the contact go directly through the seller. However, the seller does not call back, does not respond to emails or via WhatsApp. In addition, we had to report for a month until our Targa was picked up for a tire change. To get a Volkswagen Up as replacement transport (this has even happened several times).

We also had problems with a Porsche Cayenne Hybrid from 2016. This had to be picked up because of a known defect. Later, this car was broken into at Porsche Center Gelderland and it was completely gutted. The car had simply been left outside the gates for days. Headlights, steering, airbags, inside console, everything stolen. See the photos of this.



Very recently picked up the new car. Apparently they are so busy that they do not have an eye and time to properly deliver such a purchase. Missed opportunity.

At the moment we are still awaiting notice given a number of settlement issues. Despite repeated emails, messages and requests.

Conclusion: I will not recommend this dealer to anyone. Incredibly bad after-sales and communication to the customer.

Treated badly. Found a dream car and, on the advice of the seller, taken an option on a car until the following morning. I was financing and that morning they just sold the car. In fact, the owner of the business. When I called that I thought it was ridiculous that these were not agreements, it was also my fault that I was not fast enough.
They are not about customers and agreement is agreement but only money. Nice to go to another dealer!

In the years that I have bought cars I have never been treated as badly as at Porsche Gelderland. In April of this year I bought a Porsche 911 4S with less than 40,000 KM on the clock. Everything was right about the car. At the delivery I saw a number of spots on the car that were covered with a paint marker on the spot (not ideal). When I had a paint seal applied to the car, the cleaner brought the considerable amount of stone chips to the attention. When I contacted Porsche Gelderland about this I was immediately told "it is a used one after all". This comment did not go well after I paid a fair amount for the car. A day later I was called to indicate that Porsche is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and that the car would be picked up for repair. Great Service! When the car came back he went to my cleaner again to apply the paint seal. Then I got another phone call with the comment, there is spray haze on the hood! Again called Porsche and got the comment "a little cleaner will get that spray down" I think I never asked for this situation! Porsche came to collect the car to repair this. Then Porsche called to tell me that there was a flaw in the paint and that it had to be reported to Porsche Headquarters to see if it would be repaired under warranty. (Car is from the end of 2016). I then called the seller and indicated that I am quite full of the 911 and would prefer to deliver it back. At that time there was not even a conversation about it, it was immediately indicated that cars would suffice at that time and nothing would be purchased. Then I was approached by another seller who indicated that I had bought a fantastic 911 in the same color as I have, few km walked the Porsche that every Porsche driver would want etc. Then the photos were sent to me with the price tag because of course this Porsche is more expensive ... Unbelievable that at Porsche Gelderland you as a customer are not central. The moment the car is taken, you become a number in a customer database!

So far, the best Porsche dealer I have experienced. Receive a callback within 30 minutes via mobile.de. Absolutely binding and clear in communication. Very simple and direct arrangements. Although most of the conversations were in English, it is somehow more pleasant than many other German Porsche Centers. Alone the tour of the museum is worth a visit. The range of vehicles is gigantic and Gelderland is really a center with everything in one place.

What a super friendly welcome! Upon entering, there is immediately a friendly lady in front of you who asks if she can help.
If you indicate that you only want to watch for a while, that is no problem and you will also be offered a cup of fresh coffee.
After walking around for a while and walking from one building to the other, the same reception was again received.
Here other car companies would still do well to try in the exclusive segment. In several places you already had a note that you are not allowed to take photos and you are almost looked away.

As a car enthusiast, we have received a very hospitable welcome here. After having checked in advance (by e-mail) whether we were welcome we were allowed to look pretty much everywhere. We were also allowed to play with the race simulator.

A great company. An example such as car companies must be. Coffee or else is always ready and is greeted by a most friendly lady.

Full of good sense to buy a fat Porsche, but helped by the most arrogant uninterested salesman (J.K.). So just leave ....... to another dealer

Just stopped by to pick up a set of mats for my classic Porsche 911. Fantastic reception. Showroom alone is worth the effort. Got a whole tour through the service and restoration department. Impressive what is being done there! In the meantime, my mats were assembled for free. My car was also put on the bridge to look at a question I had about the chassis. I think that just one hour was spent explaining everything to me. The coffee was fine too, by the way. Here I come back!

4 weeks later, together with my son orphans, received a warm welcome with a cup of coffee. The little man is stuffed with posters and books, what a hospitality! Nice place with big fat Porsches. To my great surprise my son received a model car Porsche 911 GT3 from the receptionist. My son was so happy with his car and that was 3 years ago and he still has that Porsche. Only now time to write;) Thanks for that one nice feeling that we were able to experience at the time.

March 25 around noon at the entrance a lady came to us to help us.
I said I want to look around and then she said right away if we could leave and come another time.
After we said that there was a call and that they are open, we were allowed to continue. The pull was gone immediately. I looked at the beautiful 911s with great feeling.
The seller came neatly I presented this to him and he also knew nothing about it; he said they were just open. Very nice company and thick porsches.
Very sorry for the receptionist that she treats customers that way. Because of her I left with a strange feeling.

I was here for service with my Porsche 996. Everything is perfect. A nice reception, service work carried out at the previously agreed price, other defects on the vehicle shown and discussed. After an email sent for a test drive in a Porsche Panamera, the response was very quick. I was then personally called by the owner of Porsche Centrum Gelderland and through his conversation I immediately felt like making an appointment very quickly. Then a warm welcome and a very good service by employee (Tom) who patiently explained everything to me during the test drive and really took the time for the people who had shown an interest in this car. No annoying pushing and no handy sales pitches ... real interest! So I will definitely be back!
