I own multiple UPS Stores and POPP has done an amazing job of upgrading our phone system. A very smooth process in transferring the phone system from other vendors to theirs. I would highly recommend them

Our initial contact this time around with Mark Gray was great. He did a wonderful job of explaining how POPP had chosen to support clients with the old Toshiba phones and did a great job of explaining the new technology options. The POPP technician Brad was professional, very efficient and helpful. The initial phone training we did with Erin went well. When she was here to train us I felt that we did not have enough time to process what we were learning in order to formulate questions. I would encourage her to pause a little longer between steps so that we can process and then ask questions if there are any. It turns out I had many questions left unanswered. She is professional and easy to talk with.

We needed to upgrade service for our business computer and phone system. This required coordination between Popp and another hardware supplier. Popp couldn't have been more helpful in orchestrating we "dinosaurs" through the technology of this process. The field service tech was Seth and Bonnie handled the coordination. We have been Popp customers for decades and any other vendor sales rep calling to solicit a service change away from Popp is simply wasting their breath.

I have to admit, I was nervous about getting a new phone system at the office as I have multiple tenants with along with our own employees. However, all my fears were put to rest, the POPP team was wonderful, especially our tech Brad and our trainer Erin. They went above and beyond on the days they were here working and didn't leave until EVERYONE was happy and satisfied with the new phones and how they worked. Brad did a MAJOR clean up of our old phone system and area; even taking all the trash/recycling with him. Thanks again POPP for all your great work.

We had to make decisions about how to reduce our phone and internet costs and POPP personnel were quite helpful. Then when we needed to move our tech to a new office, the POPP tech support folks had several useful ideas and Seth did an excellent job on-site.
