My insurance company had recommended them during the recent freeze. Most of the other places had 2- 3 week wait times. One had even told me I would have to wait, but then called me back the next day saying that they could come that day. However, they wanted to charge and emergency fee and a huge amount without even seeing the busted pipe. Power Plumbing came out the very next day after I called them and repaired my pipe in about an hour. They were very fair on the pricing as well. They did tell me that they normally do not repair residential, however they were trying to make sure as many people as they could help could get their water back on. They were very compassionate and did not take advantage of the vulnerable situation we, Houston residents, were in. I even referred them to several of my co-workers, who all thanked me. It's great to know that there are still honest and sympathetic people out there!

During this cold weather, we had several leaks. Even though they are "commercial" plumbers, they called me back to let me know they would help. Not only did they help, they came back time and time again when new leaks would pop up. I can't say enough about this company, thank you so much for your generosity and kindness. There are still good people in the world!
