Our initial contact this time around with Mark Gray was great. He did a wonderful job of explaining how POPP had chosen to support clients with the old Toshiba phones and did a great job of explaining the new technology options. The POPP technician Brad was professional, very efficient and helpful. The initial phone training we did with Erin went well. When she was here to train us I felt that we did not have enough time to process what we were learning in order to formulate questions. I would encourage her to pause a little longer between steps so that we can process and then ask questions if there are any. It turns out I had many questions left unanswered. She is professional and easy to talk with.
