The staff know there products. Very easy to talk to. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Purchased what I needed and was on my way. Tried a different brand of pre workout. Thanks guys. As Arnie would say I ll Be Back!

I've been coming here for years, I've always gotten the best help and haven't felt I've been pushed into any sales quotas or kickback promotions. I recommend popeyes to any of my friends who'll listen because of the selection, the quality of staff and overall business is something that i can rely on to always help the customer get the best out of their nutrition. Take it from someone who knows lots about supplements and how and when to use them. You think these people are helpful, but many times I go in pretending to know nothing. These "customer service" representatives have been talking out their asses falsely declaring fictional information on supplements. Some are good, don't get me wrong, but there are just as many who will lead you the wrong way. My advice to you is to do research before you attend the store and not to listen to their recommendations. I use this store a lot and the deals are great, and the product is top notch but you couldn't pay me to listen to the "helpers."

First time customer; and I was very jet lagged, but the experience was amazing. The girl was very knowledgeable and was able to recommend the right products without me having to think to much!

Honestly, I was so impressed by the level of helpfulness by the staff. I had visited on April 23,2019 around 7PM, and was helped by a gentleman who was very knowledgeable. I am definitely coming back to Popeye's to collect points! :)

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When I walked in their asked me what I needed and directed me right away to the items, even finding items in their storage room for me! The shopping experience was very efficient which is great, especially during these COVID times.

Help a lot went to the Pickering location for a peanut butter powder, they were out. But looked up other stores to see what ones had it. We ended up at the Oshawa store. Both staff members at each location were very very helpful. Made me want to come back, thank you.

The staff team at Popeye's Supplements Pickering is always willing to go above and beyond to figure out what exactly the customer may need to reach any and all goals that they have for themselves. Weather it be enhanced general health for overall well being or helping elite athletes reach the next step in their fitness goals, the staff is both non-commission and extensively trained in gaining and keeping up to date about all supplements in store. They genuinely care about everyone's goals as well as ones overall mental, physical and emotional well being. Popeye's Supplements is for EVERYONE, and they make it a goal to make it WELCOME for ALL. Their sample station is also always well stocked, so you can even try before you buy !! :)

I recently learned that vitamin supplements are available at Popeyes...with excellent customer service from their very knowledgeable staff.

I was assisted by a gentlemen at the Pickering location named Dylan. He was nothing but phenominal. He made sure that I felt comfortable, and knowledgeable about which product I was purchasing and what it would do for me. I would confidentley say that he has been the nicest person I have encountered. I would also say he deserves a raise. Nothing but nice things to say. I will be recommending Popeye's to anyone I can. I have been to a few other supplement stores and I felt harrassed rather than comfortable. Also, Popey's reward system is nothing but great. I received $16 in Popey's currency from purchasing the products I got. No other supplement store offers anything close to that. In conclusion, I am astonished with how great my experience was and I will remain a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you.

The guy that help me last night was 100%helpful on what protein powder I should get he recommended a great one that is gluten-free dairy-free and nut-free the three things that I am allergic to I've been to other fitness stores that sell protein powders and Tumblin sis that would just sell me products that ended up getting sick this gentleman helped me so much I am going to go back to the Pickering location just for the service very satisfied
