Take it from someone who knows lots about supplements and how and when to use them. You think these people are helpful, but many times I go in pretending to know nothing. These "customer service" representatives have been talking out their asses falsely declaring fictional information on supplements. Some are good, don't get me wrong, but there are just as many who will lead you the wrong way. My advice to you is to do research before you attend the store and not to listen to their recommendations. I use this store a lot and the deals are great, and the product is top notch but you couldn't pay me to listen to the "helpers."
