Many Mill Run employees are doing their best to provide good service in a broken system. Mill Run DON"T answer their phones.. ever!! So you're forced to book through their website (which is essentially GolfNow). You pay in advance. Fee includes cart whether you want it or not, but Mill Run has a cheaper walking fee IF you could ever get them on the phone! Once you have given GolfNow your money there is virtually no way of getting it back.. returns are only done in GolfNow credit.. and Mill Run has a 48 HOUR cancellation policy! Any change you need to make is through the infuriating Golfnow website. There are 20 teenage employees running around Mill Run at any given time.. put 2 of them on the phone and set it up so you can put someone on hold for a minute while you serve someone else!! And for the love of god.. drop GolfNow as 3rd party booking! It took 3 days, about 20 phone calls, a few hours researching a way to contact Golfnow, and I repeated my situation to about 7 Mill Run employees until I finally got the refund they owed me. "Sorry about that" was the apology I was given.

I've golfed here continuously since it opened. If you are young or think you are, any of the three nine-hole championship courses will test your skills. Me, I'm now happy polishing my short game on the executive Highland Course. The par threes are long and there are four par fours where you can bring out your driver.

The Highland Executive Course is myr favourite. It is mostly challenging par threes with four par fours. No water hazards but lots of opportunities to play out of bunkers or slice into the woods.

Beautiful course! They take time and effort into making course as pristine as it can be. One of my favourite places to play. The restaurant is also very good, good food, amazing service and the venues for weddings are extremely professional and beautiful. Would recommend to everyone!

Picturesque rolling hills and challenging fairways. Wonderfully kept greens and great staff.... love this course. The price is very fair for what you get as well. Worth a drive from the city for sure!!

Played here for the first time in three years and man was I ever impressed. The conditions (maybe because of the abundance of rainfall this season?) were spectacular from soft carpet-like, lush green fairways to well maintained speedy greens.

Played on the Grist and the Wheel as there are three separate 9-holes (the other is called the Grind). Some challenging holes, especially the long par 3's playing from blue tees. What a great course!

Played the highlands course with a few buddies a week ago. The course is well maintained and has its difficulties. The changes in elevation hole to hole is a great challenge. Don t expect to use your driver much on the highland course. I believe we may have used it once in the round. Challenging course but enjoyable. Will def play again. One thing i noticed is they only have 2 beverage girls for 45 holes. We often were on the lookout for them. Bring Gatorade s and water with you.

The course itself is good. It's challenging in places and there are some easier holes that let you play aggressively. However, the pace of play on a weekday mid-morning was really bad. Partly due to the people who were not concerned about groups behind, but more due to lack of the starter doing his job and non-existent marshall to keep the groups moving. I saw the beer cart more often than I needed, but did not see a single marshall while playing two rounds. The proshop didn't seem to care when this was mentioned after the first round. It took us over five hours to get through the first 18 holes.
Second round was fine as there weren't anyone in front, so we finished the second round in just over 3 hours, while taking our time.
Needless to say, I won't be back here for a long time.

Course is well kept and quite enjoyable to play. Green fees are quite reasonable. Staff are excellent from the starter to the waitresses. Nice locker room. Marshall do their jobs when play is too slow and food was good. Guaranteed u won't be disappointed playing this course!

3 great 9s! New 9 (Grind i think) is more deadly. It opens up pretty good until you hit the uphill par 3 #4 from there waiting are bunch of challenging holes. Wheel is my arch nemesis dont know why first 2 holes always gets me. Oh and the greens are fast! With all the undulations i'd rather be short and chip it vs putting it from long distance.

Great golf course and friendly atmosphere. The seniors group there is excellent for all golfer types. You can get a conversation going on anything.
The restaurant staff are particularly friendly and those hot wings are delicious.

Mill Run is a beautiful course with three championship 9 s. There are three 9 s called the wheel, grind and grist. Each 9 has their own unique challenge which are sure to test your game.

The Highlands is a par 59 with 5 shorter par 4 s and allows you to use every club in your bag.

The staff are amazing and make the experience second to none.

I highly recommend you play Mill Run. You won t be disappointed.

We hit the championship course (so not the sad poorly maintained highlands.) Loved the layout. Played my best game. Recommend carting it around. Some holes were quite the hike. Don't waste your money on the Highland. Go for the over-a-million-dollar renovated championship course if you don't want to be super disappointed. I mean... You might be disappointed, but if you hit the Highland, you'll definitely be angrily disappointed. It's too bad they don't spend more time maintaining the Highland because it has a nice layout for beginners. They must think beginners don't care about weeds growing on the greens... in that case, the Highland can dry out and disappear... Definitely shoot the championship.

A challenging enough course for low handicappers, yet forgiving enough for the high handicappers. The staff, from the grounds keepers to the pros, to the restaurant servers are second to none!

Mill Run is a nice spacious course that is well maintained. There are 27 holes on the championship course that require strategic golf shots and not just bomb drives. Actually, my only complaint is I can't use my driver a whole lot because of the dog legs (I drive about 230 off the whites). Overall one of my favorite GTA courses, especially with frequent underpar and golfnow deals.
