Food was good. Terrible Customers service. So unorganized!

I had been to Popeye's restaurant in different states 2 times before and was not impressed, but with all the hype about the chicken burger, I had to try them again. Believe the hype!! This was the best dam fast food chicken burger I have ever had! My favorite chicken burger is usually KFC's Big Crunch, but this was better! 4 stars because the service was not the fastest. But dam! That chicken burger was da bomb!

Horrible service and extremely rude staff. Took a video of the staff who were treating many customers inappropriately and yelling at them at one point.

The chicken is totally fresher than D.C. I loved the food

Could not find any other late night eatables near bourbon street. This was a life saver that day since we were so hungry.

I ordered spicy chicken and it was not spicy also the employees were not very friendly.

The water in the restroom is extremely hot so be careful otherwise you may burn your fingers. The store is quite dirty and customer service is horrible

The staff here is full of personality to say the least. The food was full of flavor.

Rude servers. Food was lukewarm. I was highly disappointed during my visit as I always come to this location when I am I'm town. No sense of urgency.

Food was normal but the service and store are lacking. Horrible line movement and needed someone to organize the workers.

The food was okay I guess. The mash potatoes we're runny and bland. They meesed up my friends order and the staff was really rude. One of the ladies got snippy with the guy who was third in line because he wasn't aware the she was trying to take his order. Plus on the way out my friend told one of the employees to have a nice day and she shook her head and replied "No". As a millennial, I of course thought that was hilarious but still the service is bad and their assembly line like order system could use some work.

Even with a large crowd from visitors for the Bayou Classic, the service was fast & efficient.

One of the best Popeyes to visit in New Orleans of you don t mind the long wait. Reason being is that this location is always so busy that the chicken will always be fresh and hot. Only strange thing is having to waste a plastic tray to bring your food to another station of you would like it to go.

Staff has always been attentive and kind when I visit.

I gotten my food and my sandwich was not right I didn t even have pickles on my chicken sandwich and I order a spicy and I got a reg I m not the one to do all that over food but Mann bet not happen again this the 2 time

The place was messy, VERY busy and crowded but the food was very good. The staff was nice and helpful.

Cafeteria style service. Very quick. Food was good and always freshly cooked.

I came to get a cup of water I work on Bourbon even though I didn't ask for a drink I ordered water she said it was 3.22 dollars I said no way for a cup of water she said get outta line be since you can't afford it .I gey y'all food four times a week cause y'all open and I never again I will go hungry before I come here again

Popeye's in New Orleans! Tasted exactly the same as it does in Minneapolis. Good on ya!

Chicken legs are too small and are need more fresh air

I was visiting NOLA and was told this is the Original Popeye's so I was looking forward to tasting the chicken being a lover of Popeyes in my hometown. Well I dont know if it was just that batch but the chicken was very salty. I know I know fried chicken is salty BUT I have had better at the Popeyes in my hometown. I was expecting something a little different.

This place has the best Popeye s Chicken and sides! The Popeye s at home never tastes as good as this! Always a must visit when in the city!

I couldn't come to New Orleans without having Popeyes. Fast service and good hospitality.

Was a nice stop food was great. Glad their was no Panhandlers area the area especially. It was a great experience as a local.

My favorite junk food. Best friend chicken ever and the price is right. And in the French Quarter no less.

They messed up our order. My mate ordered spicy tenders but they were not spicy. I ordered three legs but received all white meat. Food was luke warm.

The food was good. Taste is consistent with Popeyes back home.

Okay.. so I m not going to lie, the food was so good that we ignored the rude lady handing out napkins and utensils. But right when we finished eating a RAT ran across the floor. I don t know if that s normal in New Orleans, but we wasn t use to that.

Food was ok, but the staff, except for the cashier were all rude . The night manager led the group. There is a small station to get yr own bag for to go food. A tall man stood there and ask
"What you need" I said " napkins please". He proceeded to pull a bunch of paper towels and waded them up and placed them in front of me then walked off. I just thought here's an angry at the world pathetic grown man acting like an idiot. My son even said "wow they were rude.
Too bad for the franchise owner .

Had to repeat my order 4 times to get it repeated once correctly. How hard is three piece white mild and s lg. sweet tea? But to he food is excellent!!!
