Friendly service, downtown Surabaya - easy access everywhere

Very comfortable, the service is also good, the place is also very good

Buffet meals here are delicious with a similar price, the menu choices are limited but the taste makes no loss

Dinner buffet here ... the food is different from last year. There are also more variants ... really good for the buffet ... the setup is good ... recommendedddd

the place is clean, unfortunately the water is yellow when I open the faucet, and only one toothbrush is given, I have to call again

The rooms are big, breakfast is a lot of variety and tasty, the strategic location is close to Tunjungan Plaza, and there is a shuttle to TP once an hour is very helpful ... And in front of the hotel there is the legendary Devil Rawon ....

JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya was a 4-star stand (as I recall) & included new Hotels in Surabaya along with Shangrila Hotel Surabaya + Radisson Hotel Surabaya + Sheraton Surabaya Hotels & other Hotels that were 4 & 5 starred

With the passing of time, the presence of JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya has been quite long, 20 years (as I recall) + has developed rapidly into a 5-star hotel (as I recall), & what I know of other than famous comedians + clerics from Jakarta and throughout Indonesia & State Officials Indonesia, namely the President of Indonesia, Mr. Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and the First Lady of Indonesia + a group of Indonesian State Officials

JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya + strategic place in the center of Surabaya + easy to reach from 4 corners of the city of Surabaya (KAI, Tol, Laut, jln public highway crowded the city of Surabaya while enjoying the beauty + tall buildings of offices & hotels + apartments etc. which are in City of Surabaya

For facilities & convenience + Hotel Manager & JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya crew I cannot disclose with only 1 UcaP CuaP I and my extended family

Even though the hotel has been a long time ago, it is still clean and the service is extraordinarily good

For me, this is the best hotel I have ever visited. The food is very complete amd delicious.

Nice room, very friendly and helpful staff, worked to assist with our special requests and dealt with issues effectively. The bed was very comfortable, my only complaint was the loud music from a nearby club that lasted until 22.30 and that all the pillows were so soft and mushy they did not support our heads well.

The Resto Pavilion is delicious, the food is recommended

BE CAREFUL IF STAYING AT THIS HOTEL !!

On January 14, I ordered via Agoda, the transaction was according to Agoda's procedure using a Citibank credit card with a bill of IDR 1,540,000

On the afternoon of January 15, I checked in at the hotel. here I am served at the reception with the name Lsari, the person is very curt, the way of speaking is very impolite and asks us to pay back our lodging bill on the grounds that the payment system must pay at property and the money we have paid on Agoda is a stay deposit, what guarantees for a number of hotel rooms, the cost of staying 1,694,000 and guarantees of 1,540,000 which he said would not be charged because they were only as collateral ?????
because it was too convoluted "the receptionist and it made us annoyed too, in the end we decided to just make the payment, the bill with a BCA credit card was 1,694,000.
after completing the transaction, the receptionist handed over our room keys with a sullen face and without warm words (greetings or thanks)

January 15th afternoon when we rested, how shocked we were to receive an SMS notification from Citibank. There was a transaction from JW MARRIOT of 1,694,000. First I called Citibank from Mr. Malik who stated that the transaction was successful (without my handing over the card, because my card lives at home) I told him the chronology and said CS Citibank that there was credit card abuse.

1. How can JW MARRIOT withdraw my Citibank card money without a physical card?
2. How does JW MARRIOT withdraw money that exceeds the limit that I transacted on Agoda (if as collateral)? I made a transaction on Agoda for 1,540,000 while JW MARRIOT was attracting for 1,694,000
3. Is our data safe on Agoda?

On January 15th night I went to reception again and the manager faced me explaining that the hotel was sorry there was a double payment made. for the second transaction (Citibank) it is explained that the hotel thinks we did not come to the hotel and the hotel has the power to withdraw funds on the card that has been submitted / inputted to Agoda (Agoda submits our credit card data to the hotel, please? If yes, it's dangerous too please!)

4. Is my credit card data safe? What if one day there is an illegal withdrawal from JW MARRIOT because it has my credit card data?

January 16 morning I called Lsari again and said that we were short on paying the 10% tax fee and I was asked to go back to reception and pay the tax back in an impolite, pressing and insolent tone !!! Is there a hotel that asks consumers for money every day? i feel like being squeezed in this hotel! very disappointed

5. Who is this Lsari really? what employee is he? why do blackmail to customers ??
6. Are JW Marriot employees not trained before serving customers?

NOTE: the name on the NENY uniform, while the name on the Lsari invoice ??

7. why is it that the name "the employee at JW Marriott is disguised? What does it really mean?

Simply the best hotel in Surabaya. Excellent service and friendly staffs. Amenities and food are awesome, make you feel like at home. Highly recommended..

For culinary lovers across the hotel there is a well-known rawon food stall, namely Rawon Setan Mbak Endang.

The location is strategic even though the guest inspection procedure when entering the location is very tight but still friendly

Stayed here for a couple of times. The most memorable thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It's super delicious! Makes you feel like returning again and again
