Allison Willer represented my 69 year old mother for her workers compensation case. In the 16 months in which she ineffectively represented my mother she never got my mother to see the judge one time. They allow the judge to make a verdict with Improper information and then refused to appeal. My mother slipped and fell in an attic on her job got vertigo because of this slip and fall and her doctors never inform the judge that theirown personal doctors and the doctor that has been taking care of my mother for over 40 years have never once diagnosed her with vertigo before this incident. They now refuse to do the appeal because they feel as though they cannot win.
