A bit duleko to the center but the rooms comfortable
A few days ago I used swimming pools together with my child. Yes, lots of attractions and a nice place for children, but we were met with a very unpleasant surprise. While playing in the pool, outside, the daughter stood on a piece of sharp tile that was at the bottom of the pool, cutting the foot in two places. After reporting the situation at the ticket office and asking for a dressing, we were directed to the ground floor. There it turned out that there is no one, both in the office and at the reception. After a dozen or so minutes we returned to the cash registers asking if anyone could take care of this matter. The next day I tried to contact the decision-maker regarding the situation, but I was informed that the director is not on the premises. It is unacceptable that in such a large complex, with such a large number of people using it, the pools have not been checked for safety.
PS. I am very curious whether, following my notification of this situation, appropriate procedures have been carried out to ensure the safety of pool users.
