Excellent service. One of the best doctors. I would recommend him to anyone

Even today I'm still waiting for an unknown rep that call centre said I'll get a call from just to receive a device that I requested in May, I mean like May and now it's September. I've never experienced such a horrible service from a company in my entire life. My grandfather is using this device and he said someone approached his shop then he got interested, meaning if you approached this company you're too cheap such that they won't even bother to attend you.

I wish everyone knew how this company understand, worse even people from call centre will tell you to buy airtime and make a direct call to the office where the rep will come from (that what I was told while I was doing a follow up of a second request for the device). If they can at least tell me to forget it than waiting for something that is not there, what's the point?!

Kazang disappointed me honestly, but maybe I was expecting too much, what will I say. To all folks who's willing to request a device from kazang, expect the poorest service and also expect a device after school minimum of a year, that's just a friendly advice.

Was by the head office of kazang and the reception of the technician there give me excitement to go back there for help...

My advice don't use this machine always make problem.

Ordered a prepaid machine 2 weeks ago, still waiting. Bad service.

Through a local doctor's office, this company has been made aware that I, a truck driver from The United States of America, am receiving emails intended for that doctor's office. Specifically, Wendy zine Mgunculu, I believe, has been handling this case at Kazang. Admittedly, I could be mistaken on that name. I have not yet seen any evidence that this issue has been taken seriously by her, the doctor's office, or anyone at all in South Africa.

There are no customer care here and they not trained for the job but there is a business.
