I work in this building & it sucks. The security in the lobby do not do there job at all there a total joke. They send ppl into the wrong elevator banks all the time & dont help at all. You wait forever for a damn elevator ever since they put in the new system. I have been stuck in the elevators more then once. The women that cleans the bathrooms on our floor is horrible she doesnt know how to clean at all & is nasty. You only have a few ppl that work in this building that are nice its so sad.

It s a super cool and huge building! A historic, but also fashion and modern building! A great community, with so many different types and avant-garde firms. And the website is awesome! You must need a card in order to enter the elevator area, where automatically shows you which elevator to take. The location is a big advantage, with Hudson River park and the high line on two sides.

Dont go to the gym here. Few equipments. Close during weekend. And they make it so hard to cancel or terminate membership even when the contract is ending. They requires a handwritten letter or typed and signed with signature and hand in person. LMAO

Ironically housing both Martha Stewart's Media company and multiple US Federal Agencies, this building is ugly, just no way around it. Inside is not much better. But, you don't get an office here for the interior, it's the stunning views of the Hudson River and NYC that make this quiet landmark interesting.

Contains a Breather space on the 2nd mezzanine. Industrial chic interiors. Numerous elevators called by tablet which does make them more efficient. The restrooms on the floor aren't particularly we designed. The Breather space has a window unit AC. The TV is an Apple TV so you need a Mac to connect to it.

Huge building, lots of facilities including gym, daily food trucks, discount sales, their are 2 downsides distance from the metro (15 min walk) and the elevators (you can easily wait 15 mins for one)

I love the architecture of this building. It was originally built as a full block freight terminal, warehouse and office building. It was designed by Cory & Cory, and got its name from the joint venture that was formed between the Starrett Corporation and the Lehigh Valley Railroad. The building was completed in 1931, and stands an impressive 296 feet tall with 19 floors. It was designated a New York City Landmark on 7th October 1986.

This building is just annoying.not only so far out of the way, like 15 minute walk from the subway, its just more annoying each day.The high tech (low tech really) elevator system is so outdated and using old software, it just takes more time to get to your location, and don't even get me started on the idiots that you will encounter here

Ok
