Always have a good experience with these guys. Even stayed open past normal business hours to wait on me to get there because I was running late picking up material.

Have nothing to do with this company. The customer service is very unprofessional and cares nothing about repeat business. I have purchased a load of top soil, 18 cross ties and some spikes from them in the lase couple of years. First when I went to their location I picked out the "pile" of top soil I wanted and was told the cost per ton. When they delivered I felt the load was a little short. As I started using it around my yard it was not the same that I picked out at their location. It was full of some kind of "filler" that looked like tree mulch or saw dust that was added and was not all top soil. Then about a year later I purchased 18 railroad cross ties priced at $18.50 each. They were only fair in quality as they picked them out. At the same time I purchased 36 spikes, 12" long. A couple of weeks later I went back to purchase 6 more of the cross ties. In the mean time I decided I did not need the spikes as I tried to use 2 and changed my mind about the need for the use of the spikes. When I went to purchase the additional 6 cross ties I wanted to return the 34 spikes and use the credit towards the purchase of the additional cross ties. The lady in charge was going to charge me a 20% restock fee which was crazy as all that need to be done was to place the spikes back in the bin where I picked them from. No effort at all. She was bent on not giving in to not charging the restock fee which was only a few dollars, as apposed to making another $100.00 plus sale. I was not going to budge either so I went down the road a couple of miles and was able to pick out my own cross ties at Tractor Supply, which were in a lot better shape for only $12.50 each. There is still a lot of products that I need to accomplish what I'm doing , but will take my money some place else.

Great work! Great service! The guys were very professional and did an outstanding job. Other businesses should pattern themselves after CSC. They made me feel like I was the most important customer they had that day.

Albeit this review is not for a purchase, but one could say the product itself. Driving northbound on 400 today, a rock flew out of the back of the company's truck and hit my windshield leaving behind a mark of it's very strong product. For most, this is a nightmare. I was able to gather the truck's information and spoke to the company. Not only did they handle the situation, but they did so with integrity and a high level of professionalism. Any company that does so is a wholesome good company in my opinion. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier to handle. This rating is solely due to the company's integrity, and well earned at that.

We have used this company for several years, we have been very pleased with our service. For most of the time you can drop in and have stuff to delivered on the same day, now that's a great company trying to help the public! For all you gardeners, they sell potting soil a whole lot cheaper then you can buy in a bag, this is my first year I have done that and saved a lot of money! If you are using mulch, dirt, rocks, sand, anything this is a good company! A++++

We are in the process of landscaping our lawn and was looking for some rubber mulch sold in bulk. That was the only concern that we wanted an answer to. When my husband entered the building, the receptionist wasn't friendly. She didn't even bother to greet him. We decided to leave and take our business somewhere else. When I am not greeted when I enter your business, your company doesn't deserve my business!!!!

OMG the customer service was awesome to the lady I talk to on phone , She was from Iceland just a hoot to talk to,,, Order load dirt it was here in 90 minutes, Pizza takes longer to deliver!!!! The driver Josh just as country boy , Was great!!!! Home Depot / Lowes and other take notice , This was nothing but AWESOME

BUYERS BEWARE!!! COMPANY IS A RIP OFF AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY AT YOUR COST. I HAD LOAD OF GRAVEL DELIVERED, WHICH WAS ABOUT $220 MORE THAN ALL THE HAULERS LISTING ON CRAIGSLIST, DRIVER SHOWED UP, GOT STUCK, DUMPED THE LOAD IN THE WRONG SPOT TRYING TO GET OUT AND MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE. COMPANY BLAMED PROBLEM ON ME, REFUSED TO COMPENSATE, AND THREATEN TO CHARGE ME FOR THIER DRIVER'S MISTAKE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! POOR QUALITY PRODUCT! AND VERY POOR STAFF!

This place it's awesome, we didn't know exactly what we needed to fix our ditch issue, but someone fron here took the time to listen and help us, thanks you.
