Im really interested in their housing in Columbia Plaza Apartments, however I was told I have 24 hours to provide a money order, cashiers check or personal check and to fill out the application. Why the pressure? why don't they have an online application This is all very worrying to me
This company is unbelievable on the kind of staff they have in the corporate and it's building, class is absent, the technicians they call engineers do not how to fix most things and if they do not they say all of the apartments are like that, Natalie, Laura and every female in the corporate office need some home training and job training

This is very family oriented company. I've been a resident for over ten years. They take care of their tenants and apartments. I would recommend their buildings to my friends.
They have a great building at 1200 First St NE. I park in the lot in the basement. It is a really clean lot. My only wish is that they install MORE ELECTRIC CAR CHARGERS. There are only 2 and only one of them works with my Tesla for some reason. On top of that, there are a bunch of government cars down there that use the chargers. It would be nice if there were more. I love the garage attendant that is there in the morning too.
Plus, they are redoing a lot of our office space which I am excited about.
i made a bad choice when i moved here. The service is terrible and the men who enter my unit are invariably rude.
Maybe they dont like Asian women.
