We carried out Warsaw-Krakow-Auswitch with AbPoland. Our opinion is mixed. The positive: the schedules are respected, the guide of the city of Krakow was very good, interesting, empathic. Mixed: when visiting the Auswitch and Birkenau camps, the second guide had a monotonous and extremely fast verbal flow with a less comprehensible accent. Negative: The advertised rates will not be the ones you will pay. The price is announced without knowing how many participants are in the same vehicle and AbPoland will argue a vehicle upgrade (not requested). Count 25% more expensive

I recommend AB Poland as an organizer of free time and trips. I participated in a cross-country skiing trip and several trainings in Warsaw. Piotr adapts flexibly to the participants, is very communicative and professional. He provided us with active rest in a nice atmosphere and at a reasonable price in a beautiful place, a large dose of exercise and relaxation, we came back with new skills and energy. We will definitely use the offer again.

My husband and I took the day tour from Warsaw to Wolf s Lair & wi ta Lipka. We were picked up promptly at 0800 as scheduled and greeted by the driver/tour guide Jacek. It was a four hour drive to Wolf s Lair. The car was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival to Wolf s Lair, Jacek showed us the different bunkers or what was left of them and told us of the failed assassination attempt on Adolf Hitler that took place on July 20, 1944. After touring Wolf s Lair, we headed over to wi ta Lipka to see the basilica with its Baroque architecture and to hear the famous pipe organ with its moving parts. I appreciated the effort Jacek made to ensure we would get to hear the organ concert. It was a feast for the eyes and music to the ears. Lunch was included in the price of the tour. We ate at Karczma Berta and had pierogis which were mediocre along with water which was warm, not cold. After lunch we departed for our return trip to Warsaw which took about another four hours. It made for a long day, but it was well worth the trip and money. Jacek, our driver/tour guide spoke English, but with an accent and was sometimes difficult to understand. Also, there were times he would use the name of Jesus Christ in vain out of frustration when he was driving. Being a Christian, this was offensive to me. That said, he didn t mean to offend anyone. Overall, I recommend this tour. It is in an area that is difficult to get to on your own without a car and having a guide who speaks English and can explain the area to you is a valuable asset. Thank you Jacek and AB Poland for a memorable trip.

We've had a nice trip to Podlasie with this travel agency. Professional service, high-class car, good organization, nice and calm tour guide. At the same time, the baloon flight, totaly with the trip from Warsaw, had a comparative price. We do recomend.
