Very clean, terrific location, full kitchen unit and quiet/covid-safe. Thank you for making our ski weekend so comfortable.
Room was dirty. Dog hair all over the floor. There was also a piece of dog food in the bathroom under the baseboard heater.
Loved our room...203! Each room is different. This room has a fantastic layout with 2 king suites, jacuzzi, cozy kitchen and eating area with fireplace. It has 2 big screen TVs and a view of the Charlevoux Draw Bridge. We didn't even need a car. We could walk downtown in minutes. We're going there again soon.
Had the pleasure of staying at Pointes North Inn this weekend for first time. What a great experience from making the reservation through our departure. We were running late in getting there, Matthew contacted us to check and told how to access and get in our room. Room was great, clean and you can tell the place is well cared for and there is a sense of pride. Keep doing what you're doing! We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family - we already have!
By far the nicest place we have stayed. Super clean, kitchen very well stocked,king size bed very comfortable,there is a cool enclosed porch over looking the street. It is close to petoskey and other places. Definitely will be coming back soon.
Nice place to stay. Very clean. Loft is a little weird with shower and tub in the open if you are traveling with a family, but still 2 big thumbs up.
Rooms were large and clean. Town was all within walking distance. Nice screened in patio. Staff very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back.
Good price. Located in the middle of town. Short walk to the lighthouse, beach and shops. There is only a small kitchenette, but was enough to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. My 10 and 12 year old enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room and it felt good to relax in after a day of skiing.

Very nice accommodations for 4-6. Nice place that's kept clean and has all the essentials. Will 100% stay here again in the future !
